I thought the bench looked weak too. Personally would have kept things the way they were but maybe put Ki in for Ledley.

I'm assuming if we make a change it will be to drop a midfielder to bring on Stokes and not keep 5 in the midfield.

people were unhappy with the team in the last old firm, lets just see what happens, commons is like another striker when we are on the attack any way

Major screw up from Lennon IMO. Stokes & Hooper should not have been broken up. We have no need to play 4-5-1.
To everyone saying we won last time with this formation, we had Sammy up front last time. Hooper is small and will be dominated in the air.

:38: We have been playing a pressing 4-4-2 formation over the last few weeks and it has worked tremendously, why the * does Lennon feel he needs to change it for this game, do not get it at all. :38:

Oh so you expected Sammy to play the game of his career did you? He gunna do that every week? Hooper is solid and can hold the ball up, Commons played off the front in the Championship vs better defenders than those two. We have plenty armor and passing ability in the middle to pick out Hooper. I've every confidence in Hooper, Stokes played poor vs Rangers at CP, very poor. We have incredible options. Stop moaning before a balls kicked!

    * bullshit he had a decision to make go 4-5-1 with Samaras or 4-4-2 with Stooper; he shat out and fell in between. Hooper isn't a lone striker and Stokes is our in form striker :31: Why do we always feel the need to spring a surprise in old firm games? WGS did it all the time; make them change to suit us ffs!

Hoping Ki might play further forward than we're used to, could tear them apart playing through Commons & Brown as they have no pace at the back at all

Players could easily adapt to a 442 formation at any stage of the game if they feel they have a chance of a goal. I say the 4-5-1 formation is a good idea until we see how the game plans out and then change if we smell blood.
