We need to stop dreaming about playing like the Lisboon Lions and start rolling our sleeves up, Rangers won the today because they bullied us. I was worried this was going to happen as soon as Neil Lennon left Parkhead we've not got any real strong midfielder, and even in defence we're weak. Instead of going for mobility all the time he should be trying to get a balanced team of strength and speed. Footballs a man's game but half the side are light weights. When Martin O'Neil was boss the team wafull of leaders but now your lucky to have one in the team.

I still think he doesnt do enough. I like him as a player and was delighted when we signed him. He is never a forward but has forwards instincts but then again you can't lumber about in midfield and be classed a player either.

If he got the finger out and showed some "real" workrate he would be a Celtic Great.

i am starting to agree with that view, offers nothing in midfield at all. always drifts out of the game and is only good from free kicks.

 

Where does the concessus Jarosik done ok come from??

The midfield were a disgrace no fight and they couldn't pass water most of the game. Sno was an embaressment to the shirt. Jarosik missed a great chance just after the break and we couldn;t afford to miss any chances as they were so few and far between, and can someone please get Skippy a copy of the rule book which explains the offside rule???

 

I don't think Naka is * just that he isnt playing well just now.

 

He has never played well, he scores free kicks, thats all, he aint a great player shoulda takn the cash for him in the summer and brought someone in that can run and hold the ball, not just be there to save our bacon way free kicks

 

I think Nakamura is great at certain things but I would much rather have a solid all round player than a guy that does nothing all match then scores a freekick, hes a spectator in too many games.

 

Naka is fading now. He does not have the bite as a man to go right into challenges against the enemy. He has no desire for the 50/50, he will not last in the Scottish game now the huns have got their house in order.

Jarosik won the ball countless times in the air and was one of the few Celtic players that didn't get bullied.
I'm a big fan of Donati but today he was abysmal.He didn't show any heart and looked like one of those countless poncy Italian players.
