I refuse to think about think about this until Sunday morning, if I start thinking about it I will honestly never stop talking and worrying about it til Sunday.

It's easily the biggest game of the season, which ever team wins will go on to win the league.

Lenny has such a huge call to make, does he go with Hooper and Stokes or Sammy?

Has Ledley got a slight chance of making this game? If so....

    Forster

    Wilson - Maj - Mulgrew - Izzy

    Brown - Ledley/Ki - Kayal - Commons

    Sammy - Hooper

Stokes to come off the bench if we need something different in the last 30 minutes.

Paddy should feature imo at some point, could this be the game if makes possibly the biggest contribution of his Celtic career by scoring the perfect solo goal to win it in injury time?

If we lose but win our game in hand we will only be a point behind. We can still win the league if we lose.

a draw wouldnt be a bad result for us, after all we have a game in hand; Rangers need to win

of course though i hope we pump them :50:

Unless the mib's come in to it i can't see us losing the game only drawing at worst. We have to start with Hooper and Stokes, then we can take Sammi on if need be later, if we can nullify jellyfish then the game is ours for the taking!!

Yeah but it would be a massive psychological to the team that wins, if you compare the spl fixtures, Rangers have the better end to the season.

    Celtic (After Sunday obviously)

    Dundee (Home)
    Inverness (Away)
    Killie (Away)
    Hearts (Away)
    Motherwell (Home)

    Huns

    Motherwell (Away)
    Hearts (Home)
    Dundee (Home)
    Killie (Away)

Should the worst case scenario happen and we lose, you look at our fixtures and in particular the 3 consecutive away games and you would think we would drop points especially Hearts away.

I know you can't predict whats going to happen but you would have to say the team that wins on Sunday has every chance of winning the spl.

Yes, that's what I said. When I said the game in hand I obviously meant the Caley game and a draw there would put as level on points at the top, if the game on Sunday ends in a draw. Although of course there's the game at home to Dundee United before the Caley game and rangers go to Motherwell.

If we play the way we can like last night against Killie i can't see us dropping any points, but first we need to beat rangers on sunday or it will be very hard to win the league!

If Ledley doesn't make it then I'd play Maloney wide right instead of young Forrest and play Brown in the middle with Kayal as that is by far Brown's most effective and most comfortable position. If we can play to our potential then we should not be worried as man for man we are better.

Is it *, his best games in the hoops have came in the last few months when he's been shunted out wide, he doesn't really have the intelligence or skill to control a game from the middle of the park, and at his worst he can be a complete liability in there, there were glimpses of it last night, some wayward passing and a bit of slackness that led to Kayal taking a booking.

Has to play on the right.

i'd agree, we need to load up midfield on sunday with plenty of grunt to ensure we dominate midfield, to do so we need Kayal Ledley Brown and a winger in the middle (Commons my choice to be replaced with Maloney after 70)

my team assuming Ledley is fit would be

    Forster
    Wilson Dan Mulgrew Izaguerre
    Brown Kayal Ledley Commons
    Stokes Hooper

if Ledley isnt fit, i'd go 4-5-1 with Ki, Kayal and Brown in the middle and commons and Maloney on the wings.

Bottom line is Rangers need to win this, we need to box clever, dominate midfield, cut off rangers supply up front give plenty of support to our defence and have our strikers and commons continuously moving to stretch and tire out the rangers defence.

Sorry mate but have to disagree with you on that one. He often looks lost wide right and does not have the pace to create space and opportunities whereas in the middle he is by far more effective as he has strength and power to drive forward. Who would you play with KAyal in the middle? Ki is too light weight and ineffective (plenty of ability but too inconsistent).

ledley isnt fit and wont make it so i would go with foster, izzy, maj, mulgrew, wilson, commons, kayal, brown, maloney, forrest, hooper.i would play maloney thro the middle and forrest wide right.they will have hatchet man mcelbows on sunday.i feel maloney could be our ace in the pack and commons would provide a goal threat as well

    forster

    wilson, dan, mulgrew, izzy

    cha, brown, kayal, commons

    hooper stokes

a would play cha at right mid going for a more balanced aproach in midfield not leaving us exposed covering wilson and letting him bomb forward. like the job mulgrew done at left mid at new year .
