Really wanted to like Juarez and Rasmussen, and see them become steady Celts, but oh well. Bangura looks like heading in that direction, as well. He was class for me in FM, too!

Further back, Regi Blinker was definitely one. Kind of like how I thought Karel Poborsky was a world-class player, back in the day. :56:

    Brattback was another. :52:

Tosh McKinlay - A decent full back who got a lot of assists with his crossing ability
Agathe - Did a decent job and although he was criticized for his crossing, he got a couple of big assists for Sutton at Ajax and for Henrik vs Porto
Brattbakk - Missed loads of chances but seemed to be a decent guy. I think most of us wanted him to succeed at the time
Rieper - Solid CB. Pity about his career ending injury

There are plenty more that I can mention as well

The best bit about that goal was the embarrassed look on his face when he scored it. He took a shocking first touch, and nearly lost the chance to score, but just got away with it.

I'll always remember him for scoring the clinching goal in the 2000 League Cup Final as well. That season was so depressing and winning the League Cup was the one bright spot that numbed the pain for a little while.

Peter Grant...not the most gifted and got some stick from the Celtic fans but I thought the guy was great.

A real Celtic man and 100% committed to the cause.

Crosas, but more because of his twitter antics than football. Simon Donnelly was another.

I find it strange folk can have a player they like and they don't know why :56:

I liked plenty of players but I knew the reason why. The likes of Crosas, loved him as a player. Telfer, an under-valued grafter. Johnson, a happy go lucky guy that was a better goalscorer than he was given credit for. N'Guemo, potentially a quality holding centre mid. Etc...etc...etc...
