At all costs, we need to win this game. It's * essential, it will put us top of the league and show who is the dominant side. I would rest players against Madrid, will also make sure they don't get injured. The league is far more important this season than a tournament we have barely a chance of winning.

 

can see a 5 man midfield and Hooper up on his own. Mulgrew/K Wilson is a must at CB. Jelavic might be out still for this too.

 

I hope we don't play with one up front, although I can see the same thing. It's a must win game so we need to be attacking minded.

If he plays one upfront then it will be Samaras or Bangura because hooper needs to play off other players in the box to score. Really hope we are attacking minded though, lenny must play hooper and stokes upfront.

 

* playing 1 up front fs ill be very disapointed if we go 4-5-1 and ill be * raging if samaras starts & stokes is on the bench.

You would think so, put our best foot forward, but as said, no stupid * antics in madrid, we shouldnt really be there and stopping the orcs getting 4IAR is our priority.

IMO, if we play two up front we won't win the game. Start the game off cautiously as they are the home team and are therefore expected to take the game to us and do the pressing. Its up to our defence to soak up the pressure and be clinical on the counter-attack, especially in the second half. 1-0 Celtic- Bangura scoring his first goal against run of play with 20 minutes to go.

Play the exact same team that played yesterday they * deserve it, they were amazing yesterday and thats what happens when you have a pacy winger who can create, unlike brown who offers very little out there imo.... cant cross, pretty slow, passing is not up to scratch and a just dont know why the manager keeps sticking with him.............. A like brown but a think we play better without him and a dont think he fits in to the system we want to play or the pace we want to play it.................... And its blatent that were a better team without him

I just watched the replay of the huns v utd and they are absolutely terrible. Huffing and pufing against 10 men. They can't defend corners worth a *, Utd should have had 3 just off set pieces!
If we play the way we can they are there for the taking.

I want Bangura in from the start, as he's 'unknown' and you cannot deal with the unknown.

 

I really do hope we play something along the lines of the Motherwell game. Even though it won't happen, Scott Brown's gonna walk back into the team as if nothings ever happened. He'll then no doubt gain an early yellow card and be restricted from playing his aggressive role for the rest of the game.
