    That makes sense.

I can't wait for this game. If Griff starts, and they come out to attack, I can see us winning 2-0.

Aye, i know what you mean, but it is still early and its a dodgy scenario having to negotiate these ties, so we could be unlucky tonight or the next phase and still go on a good run as the season develops.

Personally i feel more optimistic today than yesterday, and can see us going through tonight.

    Feels much warmer !

Case in hand: if it's 22 degrees during the day with the sun belting down in Ireland, it's absolutely roasting. If I'm in Spain and its 22 degrees or so at night time, I might even have a light jumper on. There is a difference. *. :icon_mrgreen:

I thought he was comparing the malmo vs salzburg game last year to our game tonight but i think yours makes more sense.

That makes much more sense, you should've said that the first time, *:50:

Still very hot though and much warmer than we're used to playing in so it will have an effect towards the latter end of the game.

I fancy us to score. But our defence is a shambles so i wouldnt put it past them possibly scoring 3.

Humidity around kick off time going to about the 65% mark that's a much bigger pain than the 30degree heat imo. Like breathing through wet cotton wool.

We should bombard them for the first 20 mins while we are fresh and have the energy , to get that important goal.. Then sit back and keep it compact

Depends on wind and how acclimatised you are to the heat. Still going to dehydrate you a lot quicker when you're exercising at intensity at a high temperature you're not used to playing in.

Fancy us to scrape through this but I can't see it being a good game or a especially good performance.

    1-1.
