Just thinking about how easy it is to forget players' spells of good form the more the season goes on, been times in the past where players have fell away a bit near the end of a season and been written off as being poor.
So thought it would be good to keep track of it loosely. Been a few contenders so far for me; Kühn, AJ and Scales.
Taylor I think has played well but not quite up there. Maeda has had a great start but going through a sticky patch.
Cal has shown top form a few times and merely good/decent at others. Kasper has been very good mostly.
If am picking one up till now it's Kühn, but AJ and Scales not far behind. See how things pan out over the season.

For me so far it is Johnston defensively, McGregor in midfield and Maeda and Kuhn in attack.

Daizen has had a bit of a dip the recently, but before that he was phenomenal. Scales and Khun are close behind him though.

Scales easily for me. Maeda has dipped last few games but still up there.

2) Kuhn
3) Maeda

I think Kuhn has been the best consistently so far.
Scales and Johnstone are up there too. As is McGregor. -
Kuhn for me so far. Maeda second.
-
1 - Kuhn
2 - Johnston
3 - McGregor
4 - Scales
5 - Maeda
I'd have put Maeda second if you asked me before the County game, still an excellent season from him but he has dipped recently. -

Maeda was my POTY last year; but there have been a few obvious blips this season (still love him, though). Kuhn has been amazing domestically but hid in Dortmund.
So for me, it's between AJ and Scales.
Still early, though. Plenty of time for that to change. -
