I’m as * off as anyone about this.

But I find some of the comments about him pretty unfair. Has he done enough to earn the Celtic job? Doesn’t look like it. But he’s evidently not some mug.

Unbelievable how uninspiring it is, though.

 

Not panicking yet, have a feeling the media are just using the bookie odds as their source.

Why is it unfair ? You can't acknowledge he doesn't deserve the job but say ah give him a bash anyway. I get he has done nothing to cause the circumstance he will find himself in but it's about the bigger picture these * in the boardroom need hunted

 

He could be about to take a job in which he probably wasn't even considered as second or even third choice for let alone first choice.

He'll be working under strict conditions with little or no budget and have his coaching staff picked for him.

I'd say he's as big a mug as you can get tbh.

 

By having a quick read of his managerial history it’s clear he’s got something about him. Whether he can do it at Celtic is another thing.

I don’t want him as our manager. But some of the comments I’ve seen from people going on as if he’s some dud seem pretty harsh when you actually read about him, plus when you hear what Jackson Irvine is saying.
