Potential Manager Suggestions?

I am sure I read Jardim is still one of the highest paid managers in the game from his termination with Monaco. It may be something to do with that, why he still finds himself without a job.

 

Lawwell has so much to answer for, we all knew for a good while he was s self serving *.
It's now blown up in spectacular fashion.

 

We should have started this kind of process as soon as the huns got liquidated.

 

All of this and then some more.
It is spot on for the sort of model we should be going for and I have been banging on about for awhile now.

This isn't just an old head as DoF and a young "head coach", this needs a team of coaches, a team of scouts, recuritment team, physios, analysts, the whole lot.
It then needs to be replicated both in man power and substance for the u23/developement squad and allow us to integrate the entire club footballing department in to one big operation.
There should be as many backroom staff across all the departments as there are playing staff, if not more.
This is NOT a 5 man operation to manage the entire footballing department.

 

Could make some sense then, depending on how he left Monaco, if he is still recouping a wage/package of some kind while out of work?
Would make us a no go for sure if that's his reasoning for knocking back other clubs.

But the fact remains, Flamengo had the courage to sound him out at least.

 

Jindřich Trpišovský could be a really good shout you know...

His Slavia team are really well drilled and look really impressive going forward.

Impressive record in the League, Cup and Europe with them too since he took the reins.

Well if it’s true our board spoke to him that’s surely a good sign. If he doesn’t want it then fair enough, we can’t do anything about it.
