Why is everyone picking this ramis? is he some sort of superstar?

 

Think the reason might be that he's a top defender playing for a top side in the best league in the world and we've been on for him already, oh and he's not Glenn Loovens

Samba is contracted to 2014 n plays in the crazy money league would cost at least 8m.
I think we need someone with a bit of talent upfront, someone who can drop deep n link play as well as being a goal scorer si I'm not sure if having to poacher types would work too well especially if the main creative force is to be mcgeady who's final ball is pish poor most of the time. My worry would be very little service to the 2 poachers.

Would never get 3m for that * samaras I'd take 300k, zhi is essentially out of contract so he's a freebie

 

Samba is going to expect a sack load of money every week.

I like Lee Wallace, Chopra and Bullard...I'm very worried about Reid's injury history.

 

I disagree mate, look at the huns last season with Miller and Boyd, I would say they are both poacher types of players and it worked wonders for them, if Miller had a dry spell Boyd scored and vice versa. They always had a natural goalscorer. I think it would work well for us tbh, Chopra is a very intelligent forward, likes to play on the shoulder of the last defender and movement is top notch. I feel we could get service to them with Bullard and McGeady in the team, even Reid and Brown could supply them. Didnt know Samba was contracted to 2014, could still get him for 5 imo, I think he would join and he really would be a fantasic signing for us, even 6m would be money very well spent. True but so will Sol Campbell, if we can afford him he would surely want more than what Samba would want?

wallace and hinkel are in the wrong place, apart from that I like it.

 

Miller works his * off and runs the channels he's still a * tho. Tbh iv not seen enough of chopra but I'm not sure if he runs the channels and links with midfield. From reading comments on here it seems he's a fox in the box type I could be wrong though. Samba signed new deal this year only reason I know is cause I was hugely impressed by him n reminded me a lot of balde just think the price would be sky high. Wouldn't touch Campbell with a barge poll though he's just a mercenry.
