    Was just coming in to post the same thing.

    Went to a football match yesterday , traffic was mental when me and a mate were leaving the ground at 4pm.
    Said we would go into the bar for an hour to let the traffic clear.

    Got home at 3am.....totally * today.
    Ate 5 packets of space raiders.

    Anyways shouldn't be peeling tatties (much) a good wash and boil them that way, most of the 'goodness' is in the skins , or so I have been told anyway :fear:

    Hour may have been a bit of an exaggeration but it took about 40 minutes..

    I was making chips in the deep fat frier with them mate, I wasn't too concerned about goodness.:giggle1:
