Oh im definitely not gonna disagree with you there. Its * dear which is why I waited so long for my first. My philosophy is its gonnae be on me til I draw my last so its worth paying the money to make sure its done right. Gonna take a trip down your way and get work done by Gari Henderson at Northside Tattoos at some point, I think he's around the 70-80 an hour mark as well so I had better get saving

There is an Eastern european guy in Glasgow who has a shop who is meant to be quality, can't remember his name now though.

Sure someone in here got one done by him.

Better off paying good money so you get a good artist rather than saving a few quid and ending up getting a less skillful one. You get what you pay for most of the time. You will also have tattoo on you for the rest of your life so you want to make sure that it's perfect.

Average is about £70-£100 an hour for a good place. Otzi charge £100, which is worth it because they are good but they are cheeky gits.

    Just saw this.

Nah it's not finished yet, almost there though. The guy that does mine is moving shops from Rock N' Roll so he's asked me to wait until he moves to get it finished.

I have had some more done though.

It's really hard to take a good picture of big tattoo like this so from some angles it looks a bit funny in pictures.

Absolutely love it though and I couldn't even walk around a water park I was at recently, got stopped every 10 yards by people asking about my tattoo, now I just need to wait for my work at the gym to start showing!

5 hours seems a long time for that mate. I've got Billy McNeill lifting the European Cup in the same place as yours, mines covers more of my forearm, and I was there for 4 hours. Obviously tattoo artists will all be different, but o just think 5 was a bit excessive. It is well done though, and that is the main thing.

Wow £100 an hour? I've had some laser treatments in Otzi and was condsidering using them but * paying £100 an hour.

I'm going to get some stuff done in Rock N Roll I think, was on the website and all the artists work in the shop look * excellent.
