I'm still extremely * off at the amount of fouls Bougherra commited after being booked, still can't believe he stayed on the pitch.

I'm tryin mate. I suppose because we've either won the league or taken it to the last game for the last 9 seasons I'm just finding it hard to stomach the fact that it looks like its over with 11 games still to go.

I really hope we can win the Scottish Cup. At least that would give us something to hold on to over the summer.

Miller should have been off too though.. An intentional hand ball , a shin to knee high challenge and a couple other fouls as well as being in the refs face at every opportunity to greet at him..

Was thinking that myself, it's harder to take after recent success. Don't worry, I'm sure we will have that title secured this time next season:50:

I decided to watch the end of the game today.. In typical fashion we turned our attack into defence through a sloppy pass from Samaras inside the huns half that goes straight to Papac.. We then gain control of the ball twice before giving it straight back each time in the same move before the huns force the corner from Boruc which was going wide of the post anyway.. Bit of a stramash for the goal but definately a case of our players being in position but standing around doing hee haw...

Within 50 seconds of Samaras's sloppy pass the ball ends up in our net..

I was absolutely gutted and having seen the game since rangers posed us little threat when we went down to 10 men. Only the edu chance was all they created. There goal came when we weren't under any real pressure which is the most disappointing thing.

But the people who lost the ball at least twice in between are not culpable in the least :87:

Sorry if you read it as though Im blaming Samaras.. Not quite the way I meant that to read..

    hows this..

91 and a half minutes gone.. Mcgregor hoofs it to the half way line.. Samaras takes it down and plays a hopefull pass to Kamara which goes straight to Papac who plays it to Novo..
Hinkel fails to challenge Novo who passes it to Boyd , and then Hinkel fails to put a challenge in on Boyd but N'Guemo goes to challenge him and has his foot on the ball for a split second but as he turns Novo steals it.. Ki and Hinkel track either side of Novo but neither bothers to put in a challenge..
Novo then runs it into our penalty box where Hinkel , Ki and Kamara are all standing watching for a moment before Ki clears it 5 yards straight to Papac who heads it back into the box and Novo heads it on , and it breaks to Boyd but his shot is blocked by O'Dea with Papac beating Kamara to the loose ball and his shot forces a save from Boruc to go behind for a corner to the huns , when it was going wide of the post anyway..
Corner goes right over the heads of our defence and through to Bougherra just inside our 18 yard box , good initial save from Bougherra's shot but as it bounces around the box Boruc should have gathered it at the 2nd or 3rd attempt , and looked like he had a hand on the ball but pushed it right under his own body and into Edu's path..

sloppy all round but after the huns broke forward Hinkel and Ki were definately to blame for not puting in challenges when they had chances..

thought we played ok in the 1st half but the 2nd half was a joke.a game we had to win to keep the league chances alive and we barley made a chance even with 11 men.dont get me wrong the ref was an absolute joke and that didnt help but our performance just wasnt good enough too many players hiding and not fighting to the end like a celtic team should do. i think TM has to go now cos its getting worse every week not better.

I dont think we should blame ther ref or whatever, we were just simply not good enough on the day. First half was even but then 2nd half Rangers showed why they've only lost 1 league game all season. Ive read people saying they feel more deflated now than ever but i dont (i am disappointed tho) - i feel as if the league's been in their hands for a while and now we have more time to concentrate on next year. No pressure on our team now and hope they start to gel and play "the celtic way" and can continue it into next year . . . where we will swoop the trebble :icon_mrgreen:

If being prepared to dish out potential career threatening challenges or to put opponents into hospital can be classed as wanting it more then yes , I have also noticed it.. We do a lot of running around aimlessly too and playing the ball to where we THINK team mates might be.. huns tend to complete passes , make space for retun passes and go into challenges with the intention of at least coming away with the ball while getting the man is seen as a bonus point.. We definately lack something for this fixture but whether we need to build a robust team for an entire SPL campaign Im not sure , and while I don't think it would have been the right thing to do , we could have gotten away with keeping Robson and Hartley and just played them 4 times a season in these games..

They are unbeaten in the last 5 old firm games. To have not beaten this rangers team in the last five isn't good enough.

Three OF this season and the last one previous season. The penultimate OF previous season was the Co-operative Insurance Cup final which we won, so I believe we did beat them once during the last 5 OF.

I don't think that's fair. We were well up for it at New Year we just didn't take our chances(Oh and the referee didn't do us any favours either).
