Under their previous manager they played open attacking football which left them vulnerable at the back. Today they played keeping it tight at the back and we struggled to break them down,if they play like that next time we will struggle again. The days of 5 or 6 nils are gone for a while and we need to get used to it .

Unbeaten run continues and for me a kick up the * we need.

Hopefully we'll go in with something to prove in next game against them, as we're getting dragged down to their level in recent matches.

Glad to see BR mentioning about backwards passes, absolute done my box in today with it.

Why Celtic think passing around at the back will get teams to come out, I don't know, as they just keep everyone back and we end up making a mistake.

    Positives?

they were unimpressive considering how * we were.
    wake up call for players.
Brendan will be raging- next game one that really matters will be a drubbing.
The fact we "lost" 1-1 i.e, that attitude is good a real winners attitude.
gives us oppurtunity to do better next season

Redemption will be sweet in 6 weeks time . Tam Rogic gliding effortlessly along the Hampden turf pulling the strings. We will remind them just what we are capable of when at full strength.

Something positive may be that lot think they are the mutts nuts and go into the SF thinking they can go one better, they may be thinking...Well if we just do this or that more then we may just get our first win over the best team in the country...This will lead to us * dominating them and showing them that when we are at our best they can't live with us!

If their formation was leaked on the forum it would have been leaked to Rodgers aswell think Rodgers was guilty of thinking we are far superior

Aberdeen don,t sit back they way did yesterday. And if any team sits back and waits to catch teams on the break then they will be hard to break down,Anyway lets hope Brendan has a plan b if they go with that approach next time, would love to have a Hartson type player to bring on if that,s how they went.

Only positive for me is that Miller didn't score. I feel like I have to replace my monitor every time that wobbling mound of grease he calls a face appears.

The best positives to take away from the game is that there is no way in *:-

A- We will not play that badly again. Rodgers will be far more critical in the dressing room and he will fire into them.
B- They seem to think that they are world beaters now. A draw after 3 consecutive defeats to us makes them think that its going to happen again. Even if we are 1% better next time we play them there wont be a * chance they * will touch us. We were completely woeful yesterday.
C- There is absolutely no way that Hun in Black is going to be refereeing anymore Celtic vs Sevco games in the future. His bias decisions were clear for all to see.

Still top of the league by 25 points......on for the treble! COYBIG

Some of our fans are disappointed with a draw. All of their fans think they won 1-1. Shows the place we are in and the place they are in (The table also shows this)

We can play absolute dog * and still not lose.

    The treble is on.

The draw done nothing to us but actually hampered them as Aberdeen move further ahead and both Hearts and St Johnstone close in on them.

We cant play that badly again and theres seem to be a trend lately in games involving sevco that the laws of the game go out the window as you just have to look at the Hamilton game last week and now yesterday . And Celtic need to be at there top of there game in the semi-finals as if its a tight score line the honest mistakes will strike again I will bet on it .

I don't think Madden will ever referee another Celtic V Sevco game again either, in fact he might never ever referee a Celtic game again.
Apologies to Crow too, for previously suggesting Bobby Madden was one of the better refs. The guy is a fucken putz.
What's the betting the SFA will take retrospective action on some of those Sevco players now ?

@doctor venglos Someone needs to have a word with Miller and what on earth was he thinking with that two footed lunge. Also was it Holt who took the legs away from Roberts from behind? He needs a word too.
The guy who left the foot in on Gordon, that was fly. Commentators saying he had every right to go for it, he was nowhere near it.

    I don't expect a thing to happen.

On reflection, I definitely think that our team was far too complacent yesterday after the last three games against them.

I said this in the match thread, but I don't think any of us were expecting them to come out and press us the way they did. It's normally us doing the pressing at home. Whether or not we were trying to make them tire themselves out or not, who knows.

Our key players just didn't perform, by and large. We won't play that badly again this season though, I'm sure of it. I still think we'll beat them at Hampden and probably at their * pit too.
