nice story about Polonia - Warszawianka derby history, haven't heard about it to be honest. I know the huns expression just having a laugh

Aye, although it's a bit more complex. When Polonia's first squad were drafted to fight the Bolcheviks in 1920 the 2nd squad - youths, mostly 1st team players' younger brothers - played for Polonia. When the older lads got back from the front they obviously wanted to play as Polonia again, so they kicked the youngsters out - they didn't like the idea of kicking the ball around in some minor parks anymore, so they rebelled and founded Polonia's younger sister - Warszawianka 1921. The prewar derby Polonia-Legia was suposedly quite calm (both clubs were supported by the army and the regime) but the 'sister' derbies were *.
I'ma BIG fan of Warszawianka and my dream is to reactivate the club someday the great Warsaw Bianconeri

If you would look at the date, you would see that Szuwar posted this thread before a Poland football match.

If you would read all the post init at the beginn, you would probably understand that we talked only about the match, not about whole Poland stuff.
