    Gravesen could have been a great player for us, maybe the goalscoring midfielder we were looking for seeing as he scored two goals against der hun, got a hat-trick against St. Mirren. Strachan blamed him for the Man Utd game and it all went downhill from there. He later admitted that Tommy G didn't fit into his system, if that was the case why the * did he sign him ?

    Strachan tried to turn Donati into a DM. He was good at that Strachan - fitting square pegs into round holes. Donati was one of the best passer of a ball at the club, could have been good as a playmaking midfielder.

    Totally agree. Scott Brown and Paul Hartley were another two players who never hit the heights they previously had once Strachan got his mits on them.

    Gravesen lacked discipline, he kept getting caught out of position, Donati was a very good passer but he was inconsistent, ironically he played his best football when he knew he was leaving, as for WGS his record speaks for itself.

    this has to been one of the saddest pictures. All good players but sitting in the stand for the hibernian game at the weekend. They all have commitment and passion for the club when it would be easier to get angry and hit out.

    also Doumbe should have gotten more of a chance i almost drank the bars dry in corfu that day when he scored the winner against the dirty pars haha
