He is a quality player but likely to go to a big league, probably Serie A. I am sure it was rumoured Inter were interested in him.

Atalanta were the big club in for him I think.

For a right winger Facundo Pellistri of Man Utd could be worth getting in even on a loan to buy. He doesn’t seem to be in Man Utd plans, and has been out on a lot of loans but is that Jota style skilful winger.

Still young enough to kick on and have value. He fits our international profile in he gets regular game time for Uruguay. I can see a lot of similarities to Jota in him, loan to a La Liga struggler and failed to live up to early promise at a big club.

Playing in a team that mainly attacks would likely suit him.

100% I mentioned him in Euro thread. Looked very good.

Also not sure if already mentioned, but Matt Ryan becomes a free agent next week, only 32, was a decent goalie.

I think we should be in for Lennon Miller as he is going to be a star player for the future , he was playing today in a friendly in Holland against FC Twente and scored a cracking free kick from outside the box , he is Scottish and a very good player we should snap him up before he ends up playing in England , get it done Celtic.

He's a cracking player, so pacey and direct. I imagine he'll go to a decent Spanish side and rip it up. Would love him here though.

If we do end up selling MOR then I would want us to sign Richard Rios as his direct replacement.

Colombian Centre mid plays for Palmerias in Brazil.

Callum O'Hare from Coventry City on a free transfer would be a good addition but rumours that there are a few clubs in EPL looking at him.

If it happened I’d be prepared for him to turn out amazing but for some reason I just don’t think it’s a player that’d work out here. Don’t think he suits the style of defence he’s up against here, how he’d need to play as a more attacking midfielder back to goal a lot and dunno how he’d handle the pressure.

last * I said that with out the Championship was Commons who scored 95 odd goals and the same amount of assists so I know * all as well :56:

I think He would be worth a shot especially on a free transfer, He is a very decent attacking midfielder and has had a great season with Coventry City, Who knows? playing in a midfield alongside the likes of McGregor, O'Riley and Hatate may actually make him a better player, Its a chance worth taking imo.

There are two 16 year olds breaking through at Stabæk in the Norwegian second tier this season.

Oskar Spiten-Nysæter, striker, has 8 goals and 2 assists to his name in 11 matches so far this season. He looks like the real deal whenever I've seen him.

Sebastian Olderheim, attacking minded midfielder, looks similar to MOR in style of play. He has 4 goals and 3 assists in 12 matches this season. Looks real mature in the way he plays.

    Nae good to us

Article 19.1 of the RSTP provides the general prohibition of the international transfer of players under the age of 18. However, among the exceptions to the rule, Article 19.2(b) of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (“RSTP”), players aged 16-18 could transfer within the territory of the EU or the EEA, in compliance with the EU principle of ‘free movement of people’.

With Brexit, the UK will no longer form part of the “territory of the EU/EEA” and therefore clubs will be unable to benefit from the exemption which allows them to sign minors from the EU aged 16-18.

A few players from the Euros who have caught my eye for lesser fancied teams.

    Slovenia

Vanja Drkusic - 24 year old centre back plays for Sochi in Russia. Is predominantly right footed but has a lot to like about his game. He is quick so playing a high line wouldn’t be an issue. Is agressive in his play both defensively and in an attacking sense he is willing to carry the ball out from the back. Also looks to have a nice range of passing on him. Captains his club side and has one year left on his deal so wouldn’t be too expensive.

Tim Max Elsnik - 26 year old centre midfielder that is very technically sound and chips in with goals and assists. Captains the Slovenian champions Olimpija Ljubljana. Could be a good option to replace Matt O’Riley. He is going into the last year of his deal so wouldn’t cost a lot. Watching him last night he reminded me a lot of Ledley when he was with us, had a bit of everything to his game, left footer good at winning the ball back and good at keeping it and finding a team mate when on the ball.

    Georgia

@Paradise_Bhoy i agree with your shout out for Kochorashvili, he has impressed me every time I watched him. I also liked Kiteishvili next to him in midfield but he just decided to stay at Sturm Graz.

I thought Luka Lochoshvili was an interesting player for Georgia. He was used as a left wing back but typically plays left centre back for his club football. In Serie B with Cremonese but had experience in Serie A and Austrian Bundesliga too. He is a big guy at 6’3 but seems to be reasonably quick. Could be an interesting profile that could play left centre back domestically but perhaps utilised as a left back away from home in Europe for added defensive stability.

    Romania

    Florian Coman -
looks a real threat of the left wing and just had a cracking season at FCSB. I think I saw him linked with a move to the Middle East though for around £5m, which would have been a good signing for us.

Both Marin’s in midfield look good footballers too, technically sound. Razvan Marin is a bit older at 28 but has a lot of top level experience with over 130 games in Serie A, and over 80 in Belgium’s top league. Scores and creates goals and is a bit of a Mooy type player who can play either deeper in midfield or further forward. He has had a couple of big moves which haven’t quite worked out but looks the sort of player that like Hatate can add a bit of magic to a midfield, with his dribbling and passing.

    Albania

Already suggested Thomas Strakosha and still think given his situation at Brentford he would be a great option for us in goals.

Their left back Mario Mitaj, only 20 but seems like a real good player with a big future. Playing for Lokomotiv Moscow so wouldn’t be cheap but he may fancy a chance to come show his stuff in the CL.

Maxime Crepeau looks very decent for Canada. MLS goalie and 30, so wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg.

At the moment his agent has said two clubs to approach him is Real Valladolid and Panathinaikos. He only has a year left on his Man Utd deal.

I reckon if we played up the Jota story, young talented guy from Benfica, had a loan in La Liga struggled etc came here became a hero.

Ask Jota to have a word with him on our behalf if he wants to talk to someone as he left on good terms, we got a good fee he got big bucks.

Add in guaranteed 8 CL games we could afford his current wage or close to it. If he comes here and does well he could still make a big move as he is only 22 so again both club and player could benefit from a deal. We badly need a nailed on right wing option and he would be a good one. Fits our criteria for age, international etc and if those are the clubs in for him it won’t be a big fee as both those clubs high transfer is around €3-4m.
