Anyone suggested this boy Miovski at Aberdeen??

Making our decision not to go for him last month look more and more foolish with each passing game. He's gonna easily hit 25 goals this season in a * poor Aberdeen team.

Korea weren't great this AC, but their LB did stand out. Seol Yong-woo replaced the first pick of the manager after a few games, and the guy proved he can attack. Normally a RB, but very two-footed. Plays for the Korean champions Ulsan Hyundai, and is far from a project, at age 25. This is much closer to a Kyogo-type signing.

He was touted with a move for about £750k to Red Star during the January window but it never happened. He seems to have been a highly rated player for a while but never moved.

Hearts tried to buy him in the summer.

Typical. So all the time we have spent scouting that league and there is actually a decent player who could improve us?

Can’t say for sure as he has been someone that has been spoke about as a prospect for a few years now to leave the K league and hasn’t.

It is also recognised that the full back position for their national team is not a strength but he is a pretty regular player for them.

That is a smaller fee than any of our Korean signings. And I think he is better than any of our left backs. Decent height and good timing to burst forward.

It has also been quoted as €1.4m elsewhere but still a small fee. West Ham were also rumoured to have had a look at him.

I have never seen a full game of his just highlights but it does seem rare to have a full back comfortable on either side. Surprised Ange wasn’t keen as that would have made him good for inverting. He does seem to be more a right back but capable of playing on the left.

I watched most of South Korea's games at the AC. In the loss to Jordan, he was the only one that created breakthroughs. Can cooperate well with wingers in a one-two. His runs forward are so brave he can be caught offside, but he often gets onto a long pass and runs to the byline. Good crosser. Korea was undone by the midfield playing poorly, as in nearly every game, while Kang-in Yi got stuck at RW for extensive periods of time. All comebacks happened when he and this LB were close to each other- a shift that should have been permanent.

Players from the league I think we should go for in the summer are Miovski and Spittal.

Shankland will go over there id imagine.

We obviously need a GK, LB and winger too. If Idah does it buy him but if not then another striker.

Bernardo to replace O’Riley. But most of the money should go on a quality LB, GK and Miovski.

Aye a bit outside the box but I think we should be buying locally as well instead of gambling all the time and getting 1:5 right. He’s a good player and would be even better at us. Can score, assist, tackle etc. won’t be surprised if he’s ends up top assister in the league.

If we were looking at players from Scotland, Armstrong from Kilmarmock would be one I would go for. Only if he was under £1m or around that. Would be a decent back up, since we'll probably lose Abada and Forrest is beyond done.

Armstrong? We should be aiming for higher than him.

Only one I'd consider from Killie is that young boy, Watson. I'd immediately loan him out for the next two years at least though.

We need to be doing this more tbh.

I'd buy Lennon Miller in the next hour and loan him for the next couple of years. I'd keep an eye on Barron and Clarkson, although I doubt they'll make the grade tbh. Miovski I'd buy in a heartbeat.

Some good suggestions in there, I came across Jota Silva the other day and liked the look of him, although Milan were rumoured to be sniffing around.

I think we will do well to get £10m for Abada given everything going on. However, Frimpong is probably likely to move and net us a £6m sell on and you would imagine we will try sell Haksabanovic (still not sure why we didn’t sell to PAOK when offer was there).

    So similar sales list

    Ins

    GK
    - Yahia Fofana - SCO Angers £5m
    LB - Riquelme Rocha - Cuitado £2.5m
    RB - Rui Modesto - AIK £2m
    CB - Filipe Relvas - Portimonense £4.5m
CM - Tochi Chukwuani - Lyndby bosman
CM - Adem Zorgane - RSC Charleroi, £7m
CM - Alex Robertson or Martim Neto or Marcel Hartels or Otar Kiteishvili or Dan de Wit - bosmans.
RW - struggling here potentially Tiago Goiveia, Benfica (loan to buy)
ST - Rafiu Durosinmi (if he can get fit again) £8m or Mohamed Bayo Lille (loan to buy)

approx £29m but with a loan to buy or £21m with 2 loan to buys.

Likely too many players to bring in and would need to clear a lot out to happen but I included a right back as Modesto is more like a Frimpong right back very attacking.

Relvas is a centre back with decent pace and good distribution, left sided and would be a good partner for CCV.

Durosinmi looks a cracking player but is injured just now and I understand failed a medical with Eintract Frankfurt so he may not be an option but he is exactly the type of striker I would like, can link play is a big lad about 6’4 and scores goals.

Midfield might only be 2 if Hatate stays but I do think if he gets fit and firing again could be off in the summer.

I suggested Federico Redondo in here a few weeks ago.

He’s just signed with Inter Miami for £7m. Absolute steal at that price.
