what have they spent....and is the transfer window closed? Have they progressed in europe?

Lennon has consistently done in too...hes only in his second season ffs...so did TM...but that failed...

The baord backed TM with funds though....and not many on here were deadly against his appointment...until things went wrong.

 

They have spent much more than us so far. They've spent around £4million, compared to our £800,000. And they won the league, while we lost it.

And okay you say the transfer window hasn't closed yet, and then talk about how they "trailed" us prior to the St.Johnstone game. That was after 3 games...I would not say Arsenal are "trailing" Wolves at the minute, there's such a long, long way to go. To say they were "trailing" us is ridiculous.

The board also decided to put him and his staff on a long contract which we then had to pay off.

Why did the board do this when it only ever gave MON, WGS and NL a rolling contract?

They have taken money in from Bougherra and got money from Adam transfer. They have spent very very little....if you look at the facts again mate

You just said Lennon has "consistently spent money". We sold McGeady for over £9million, and pretty much spent exactly that. By your logic then, we didn't really spend money.

And then you bawked at the idea that the huns have spent money because they brought some in by selling. They have brought in mediocre players, but get your story straight, comments like that show that you're contradicting yourself.

Strachan did spend money...but he got rid of plenty too balancing that...most of our big earners actually...our "quality"....he done well by doing it and winning the league....thankfilly at that time PLG was around for a while too lol

Last title was 4 seasons ago mate. No manager would get that long at the club without getting the axe. Lennons head is on the line after one season. You have been critical of him yourself. Do you think Neil will get 3 seasons?

They have done well to reduce the debt, by not investing in the quality that we need. They have been complicit in us being unable to retain the title over the last 3 seasons by mistakes at boardroom level. Those mistakes have not only cost us the league but the opportunity to get further income throught the CL.

 

No but the board are not the manager. Same at every club. Who changes the board every other year? The manager gets supported with money and either wins or loses. He should have won last year...board gave him it on a plate.
