Even if it was true I wouldn't admit that.

I bet his wage hasn't dropped. That's all I'm saying. In fact it's not, he will move on to earn millions and he does not deserve the kind of respect a fergus does. He is a charlatan.

In fact I don't accept that the old Co death cost Us Anything as it took away the risk. It's the equivalent of getting into the feature of a fruit machine every time. What is even worse is that lawell never put a penny of his money in. As usual.

Only we could see our rivals dying and giving us a crack at the Champions League every season as a negative.

He could have moved on years ago & earned more than he does here.

He would have avoided all the cynicism as well that comes
    with being our chairman.

I honestly think he is definitely a supporter of the team.

    The headline isn't his comment.

think he's saying put up or shut up.

no but seriously, it sounds about right. Basically what I've been saying. Only thing Is half the support hate Servco so much they cant think of the overall picture. As much as we dont like them, they are a big part of Scottish footballs history and withought what was described sometimes as "the best football rivalry in the world" so yes, its reasonable that with out that spark, weather it be hatred or just old fashion tribal *, it was exiting and put bums on the seats and made the league entertaining. Doesn't mean they aren't a bunch of scumbag stinking zombie *!

all I'm saying is the same people that say they hope they die again would be the 1st people to show up if we met up with them again in a game.

same as usual I'll probably get a * load of abuse for my post. Jst my opinion

How can people want a team that cheated their way for many years to
    Success, back into the league.

They have been found out and are gone, the rebrand are going
Down the same route, ie living outwith their means

It wasn't long ago, Lawwell was quoted saying we don't need Rangers to flourish financially. He said we look after ourselves and don't rely on any other club.

That's a bit of a contradiction is it not. The fans are waking up to the fact that we are being short changed, and now Lawwell is scrambling to cover his back. I wouldn't trust a word that comes out his mouth.

a fruit machine full of IOU's in it.

No good tv deals, no league sponsor, no realistic competition in the league of which used to have 2 decent derbies which got us better tv deals.

and we still had the opportunity to qualify for the CL when they were around regardless of who won the league. Its the top 2 that get CL qualifiers, obviously the 2nd route is not as easy but hopefully we finish 1st anyway.

yes we get a wee bit of an easier route to the CL but our league decreases and we eventually depend on CL football or selling all our best players (happening ryt now) ever thought even with a * Servco , our crowds could increase, money goes into the club with ticket sales and league sponsers etc. Is it such a bad thought for some people? Seriously :56:

he never actually said they cost us £10m,

says £100 of ST for 2 years cost us £4m.

Loss to TV rev and sponsership cost money aswell, lazy reporting no where does he say "rangers cost us £10m"

making those sevco * think are more important than they are.

is it that hard to believe we'd like to get it right up them once or a couple of more times on the pitch. It is again football we are talking about here. The miserable * that support them are still out there n we will no longer have anything to get it up them .. Well after we get a yes vote that is :56:

We're getting it up them everytime we play in the spfl, CL or the EL.

We get the chance to play against messi, ronaldo, lahm ,bale.

They are playing postman pat, fireman sam, bin men & fishmongers.

Do you not think that hurts the thick * every day?

just seems like a cop out excuse. We get a better chance of CL qualification. I get that people hate them, believe me .. I do. But I like to utilize that hate through football and have that feeling of going into work and getting it right up them the day after. Just made the league actually interesting having competition which honestly I dont think we will if they even manage to survive. I wouldn't care much if they died & stayed dead but for a Scottish football perspective. Because the truth is its the hate that makes it interesting.

Lawell does contradict himself he should perhaps keep a diary of everything he says on record before he says the opposite maybe 2 or 3 months down the line
