There's lowballing clubs when trying to sign a player and then there's Lawwellballing.

I could see the board asking him; but he'll not come unless he fails at Brugge (rocky start but, touch wood, seems to be turning it around fingers crossed). He's already on record as saying he's enjoying Brugge more than Celtic because (I'm paraphrasing here) the Belgian league actually has some decent teams you need to beat and it's a big challenge.

He also doesn't need the toxicity levels around here if the board brought him back (extreme anger would be justified, but not towards Ronny himself, yet we all know he would get a lot of it it).

Peter Lawwell is a parasite. He doesn’t care about Celtic, if he did he would have stayed well away.

Genuinely starting to fall out of love with the club.

I love Celtic with all my life but when you’re getting absolutely nothing back from the club, what is even the point.

Turned the game off after 55 minutes today. Just can’t be bothered watching us and I see nothing from this board about any sort of plan to take us forward.

There was a worrying lack of vocal protesting against the board in the stadium today.

This is sad to read, but incredibly understandable.

When the club have no interest in maximising our potential, it’s only natural that even the most fervent supporter will lose interest, as there’s almost no end goal to what they are doing.

Many people I know have become completely apathetic, as it’s absolutely clear that they have to intention of attempting to take us to the next level.

Buy as cheap as possible, sell for as high as possible, be happy with domestic success if you beat a * Rangers team on goal difference, provide dividends to your shareholders.

    Rinse and repeat.

I think the thing most people love about team sports like football is how you build towards something over the seasons.

    I don’t think we’re doing that.

We’ve hit the golden spot for maximising profit consistently, so that’s where we’ll stay.

I loved what Ange said about using transfer windows aggressively to trade up and move up the levels. I honestly believed this is what we need to do, but there is genuinely no ambition from the board to do it because they’re exactly where they want to be.

We’re a company with shareholders and that’s the way we behave. I think the longer term damage to the club will be severe.

There’s been a thread of apathy among the support despite domestic success. It’s bizarrely labelled as being ‘spoiled’.

It’s not. It’s a mistake to think supporters of clubs need to see success to stay interested. They need to see desire to grow.

For me there’s always been a correlation between him being at the club and us being under ambitious and ran like a bit of a circus in regards to recruitment.

The short time we had without him was a time when the vast majority of the support was unified and actually excited about the direction we’re going in as a club.

Get him and his son to * please, we need to modernise our approach.

Happy to take his astronomical wage and bonuses, but doesn't give a * about the club and the direction it's headed in. Will be happy when the fat * is gone from the club forever.

I share your sentiments, have became disillusioned with the Club this season and feel that We have went backwards at an alarming rate, not because We have to due to UEFA FFP but because our Board choose this way.

We can afford to go out and buy 4 players in the £6-£7 million bracket but the Board choose not to do this and instead go down the £1- £2million bracket signings in the hope that We find a gem to punt for a massive profit.

Sometimes with the low ball approach We may get lucky but 75% chance that they will not work out but the Board seem to think that every player We sign in this bracket will work out.

The whole Club needs to be modernised from top to bottom starting with The Board and Recruitment Team.

How the * did we get rid of this *, then end up with his son in a position of power, then end up with PL back again? We are a * joke.

I had no problem with ML joining because Ange wanted him and he certainly seemed qualified. All looks dodgy as * now though. Get Peter Lawwell out of this club.
