[Cross Platform] PES 2016

Just noticed that my Celtic banners are in a foreign language, possibly German, because I edited PES United to make them, * sake!

 

Yeah you only get 4 choices of banners it's a good feature that they just need to expand on. Some of may banners were Russian that's the problem with going over a team in the PEU league is they are Russian and German banners I wish I had just gone over MK Dons or Brentford. All the editing is starting to * me off now. O didn't realise even some of the teams have keepers playing up front and national teams is also a joke Japan have made up players and the England team has no Harry Kane.

 

I only ever play PES on Superstar (or whatever they've ever named the top level).

I'm scoring goals galore, hitting 7, 8, and even upto 11 goals in a game.

And whilst I have some decent players, they are not exactly a team of all-stars.

Not sure if I'm going to have to fart about the with goalie settings, or maybe use more manual passing/shooting.

 

The editing is a pain in the *. Why they changed from the usual format of using option files is confusing, it worked really well and saved you so much time.

 

If the editing is that bad think I'll say to the missus to get me fifa from my bhoy for crimbo since its became "our" ps4 I've rarely got on so don't think I'll have the time edit this was probs 60/40 for pro ev aswell as wanted to switch back aswell

 

Yeah in your case I would probably get FIFA if you have lack of time then you don't want to be faffing about editing. It's best to download the demos of both PES and FIFA as they are both free and play them quite a few times and then make the final judgement.

 

Edited the goalies, well not every team just the ones in my ML league.

I also altered the shooting to be manual, which makes it a touch harder. Passing is not manual, I hate that, but at the lowest basic assistance.

 

Really enjoying playing a footie game again, glad I got this, bit of a bonus getting Neymar on loan for 10 games :smiley-laughing002: and ending up wi Szczesny as mi first signing.

 

Does anybody play become a legend mode as a defender or a midfielder? Now play as a striker (as always), but would like to know if it's still fun to play in other positions on the field.

 

Used to play one of the older ones on PS3 as a central midfielder, still ended up scoring more than the strikers in the team right enough. It was good though as you see a lot more of the ball and get involved in breaking up attacks. When playing as a striker all you really need is decent speed and acceleration stats and you end up becoming unstoppable after 2 or 3 seasons which kind of ruins it when you're hitting 60 plus goals every season. On my BAL right now I'm in my 3rd season, went to Ajax and scored 3 hat-tricks in my first 4 games for them and that's on superstar level, all because my player is so quick. Will probably give playing midfield a go again as I've lost interest as a striker.

 

I might start a new save as a midfielder soon than. Not played as a defender yet?

 

Yeah I think defender would be interesting I would not mind seeing what being a goalkeeper is like as well, probably very hard I suspect.

I've just noticed that the Football Manager graphics work on PES don't even have to be any kind of size just seems to work, some really good badges people have done it's just a shame the FM kits don't work on PES. I managed to stop all updates so that it does not go over anything I've edited so that good.

 

I'm playing as a side defender. I am left-footed, but it's the start of my career, and I am being played at the right side. It's decent, particularly if your forwards are good. I have some assists, and I still get to make fierce tackles.

 

Haven't tried playing as a defender yet, just didn't fancy it.

 

Some patch downloaded on my game today and two new teams have been added to the more european teams, one called MA ZEBRA and another called LG WHITE BLUE who they meant to be?

 

LG Blue White are Virtus Entella & Ma Zebra are Ascoli Serie B sides

 

Really I thought they would be top teams, never even heard of Virtus Entella I just go over them with German teams or something.

 

Is anyone able to explain to me how to install the real team names/badges for this on PC?

I tried watching a few videos on it but they all seem to involve hunners of * about with about 15 different downloads and I'm not able to deal with all that hassle.

 

Managed to get the team kits sorted. Feels like a proper game now rather than something you'd get down the barras. :smiley-laughing002:

 

I can't believe they haven't fired the * out of Jim Beglin yet, he has to be one of the most annoying, negative, * pundits I've ever heard. Can't stand him.
They should get Chris Sutton!
