One season we told the ticket office we didnt get one of our season books through and they sent out an extra so we had 3 for 2. Worked for a few years.

Also when my Dad had a box for his work and we still had 2 seats, I'd take a mate, go in early and walk round to his box and he'd hand us 2 massive napkins full of food and we'd take them back and munch them before kick off.

Motherwell game away we lost the league a few year ago my dad made up a fake badge and got a high vis jacket and 2 big strip lamps and said there was a problem with the lighting in the Celtic end toilets and we walked right round the pitch and into the Celtic end no questions.

Biggest brass neck of all though was in Seville. Got a phonecall from our cousin telling us they got moved hotel due to a double booking and turned out the team were in there. Security was heavy on the door at the hotel so we gave them our cousins mates name and got in. Got a team sheet signed the night before the match.

My da's got the biggest brass neck ever.

The team sheets cracking though, we were going to try and get in regardless so before I left I made up a teamsheet on the computer with the badges at the top etc. guessed the team bang on aswell.

We got 2 of them mounted in these big wooden frames, the teamsheet signed in the middle with the programme at one side and our photo in the crowd at the game one the other side. We seen a Celtic photographer we knew who we shouted on and he got a cracking photo of us.

Its a crackin frame. If our mugs werent in there it would probably be worth a few bob.

I've always bought a ticket when I could afford it but when I was staying in Glasgow for a while, I sneaked in a good few times. The way I seen it was I couldn't afford to benefit the club in a financial way but I was willing to take the risk to benefit the team by supporting vocally.

Not done it for years right enough.

ive never done it, even when i was a kid. i either used to go with my dad and use my uncles book or go with my uncle and use my dads book, depending on which of the two werent going that weekend.

ive sneaked a few kids in though and i dont see the problem with it to be honest. the last time was athletico madrid at home in the europa league this season. although tbf i think the poor wee boy had bought a ticket legitimately and lost it cause he looked in a right panic.

I done it for years but when they changed the turnstyles it became more difficult. *! I see nothing wrong with it. if a person cant afford it but wants to see the game then fair play. Ticket prices are disgusting. blatant thievery.

3 years ago before i left Scotland,my wife worked for Scottish Enterprise. They had a deal where she told Celtic on a Thursday how many tickets she wanted, we turned up at CP and were shown to the lounge for a beer or a meal then took a seat in the main stand. All for the price of 5 pounds a head.Christ do i miss it now!!!!!!

I've always paid, but I don't honestly have much of a problem with folk who blag it - specially if they just can't afford it.

Way I look at it, it's better for them to get in for free to cheer the team on, than just stay at home.

I wish people would remove their head from their *. Its not stealing. By someone sneaking in it is not denying another person a ticket? that person wouldn't be there anyway would they? who knows if you sneak in you may even buy a pie and a pint in the ground which still gives the club money they wouldnt have had. with your added support also. Where the * has the romance gone? Could you imagine as a 14 year old sneaking into an old firm and seeing us win? then going and telling all your mates afterwards. People need to chill out, I'm 18 now and have done it twice, in the MON days. it wasn't really sneaking either. my dad would say 'his uncles running late and has his ticket' the guy would wink and let us in.

You're in a day in age were you're spending almost £70 for a wayns football kit £40 for a ticket and overpriced food in the ground that tastes like horse meat.

If I could get away with it every game I would be doing it every game according to some posters people like me are "not fans" though :56:

I travel 230 miles for home games spent thousands on Celtic in my time been all over the place to see them Russia, Germany, Milan, Lisbon, Spain on and on. Haven't went a year of my life without buying the new Celtic top was up at Inverness when we * the league up the day before that I had the choice of showing up for work or not having a job I chose Celtic! so having some wee fud saying you're not a fan is laughable.

I take it all the people that say this is cheating the club only buy hats, scarfs etc from the Celtic shop and not the vendors outside the ground and if they want something to eat they don't go to kfc, mcdonalds or the burger vans? After all if you are going to the match and are hungry then if you don't wait until you are in the ground to purchase food then you are cheating Celtic out of money!

Way I look at it, the grounds normally half empty anyway, with the £28 quid a ticket or however ridiculous it is nowadays then I'm fine with it. I've my season book but I think its totally fine to be honest, the club isn't getting the money for these tickets anyway.
