Penalty Incident

To the person who added the tag "Jungle Bhoy is a hun"; have you grown balls yet to make yourself know or still hiding like the coward you are?

 

I voted for the third option. As I said already, I'm not sure just how much contact there was, but I'd still have done the best I could to bundle the ball into the net. A goal is a goal after all, especially in a cup final.

 

Such accusations against fellow posters are an outrage.

 

Agreed. Everyone is hurting, but there's no need to throw about insults at fellow members for having a difference of opinion.

Especially when they resort to making the comment as a tag so their identity is hidden. Utter cowards!

 

Just back from game and seen it on tv.its quite clear that gollum called the decision on the movement of the ball rather than the tackle.the ball moved across stokes making it look like the defender got the ball.he was no where near the ball and it was also a tackle from behind.once again terrible refereeing

 

Let the moderators deal with it mate, they'll know who it was. Don't lower yourself to their level

 

I can't make my mind up. However, i was directly behind the incident and Collum's got his hand going to his pocket before Stokes has even went down yet.

But really Stokes is keeping hold of the ball too long and is waiting for someone to challenge him when he should be bursting the net or at least make Bell make a save - it could fall to another Celtic player or it go out for a corner in which we could have thrown everybody forward and maybe got something.

Ignoring the penalty incident i still feel Collum had an awful game. I don't know if he is just a bad referee, or he feels the need to continually prove himself as not on our side because he is an Celtic fan and an RE teacher at a RC school? Who knows - but he shouldn't be in charge at that level, particularly in Scotland.

Can't blame referees of course and as MON once said we just needed to be 'really good' on days like today.

Also thought Cammie Bell was incredible - any other keeper from the SPL in the sticks today and we would scored.

Aye and it's probably the same guys who slag the morons on Hun media for calling each other taigs when they say something they don't agree with

 

You could say option 2 and option 3 in the poll are both "No Penalty", looking at it that way, the reulst of the poll, at the moemtn is pretty much right down the middle.

If it was as stonewall as some people are saying then we would all agree, saying that though I've seen worse peno's given, still not sure but we were * anyway.
