Aye, I’m * amazed we managed to fend off that interest in January and absolutely the most respect for O’Riley not forcing the issue. Atletico and developing under Simeone, no doubt in my mind that’s a much better move for his career. The type of player he is would thrive under Simeone so much, he is excellent defensively and an insanely creative midfielder already. Simeone and Atletico though? They can take that talent and make him world class.

Ship may have passed him by now, like Ajer missing out on AC Milan and Eddy on Inter. We kybooshed they moves and it wasn’t the best for their careers. We get a reputation of doing that, we’ll not attract these guys in the first place

 

Clubs rarely sell their best players mid-season, especially if fighting for something. I expect we've told him he can move in the summer. If he plays at the Euros he should find himself a new club with ease.

That's Pittodrie he's missed a massive chance and stuck it over the bar and today again it was harder to hit it off target......also ballooned one over against Ross County that was harder to miss and almost costly..

Nowhere near good enough from a cultured, goalscoring midfielder..

Thats twice he's had an excellent chance to kill the game and he's * it, it was harder to miss.

Unless it's something really low like £3 million or less, I definitely wouldn't be taking him in the summer.

 

He had a spell of 4 weeks where he looked a player and in that 4 week period he had 2 weeks off

 

His finishing/shooting in general is rancid other than the obvious peach. Just knew when he missed that sitter today it was going to bite us on the *.

 

Decent player. At 2-3mill, he would be tj eususl project type. Unfortunately we have too many in the squad to afford him development level game time.

He doesn't improve us and he would be a backwards signing if he was to be the inevitable O'Reilly signing.

When the team is playing poorly it's impossible to judge a player.

 

Why? It's possibly the best time to judge them?

Young and inexperienced players need support.

When nobody is playing well around you then you are fed to the sharks.

 

Has become almost anonymous games, does very little of note. Had a purple patch then descended into a whole lot of nothing. Disappointing.

 

Don’t want activating his clause he’s not lived up to the hype and potential, he’s a 1/2 million squad player.

Rather we don’t keep him if I’m honest.

 

No chance we are signing him. Not good enough. I’d rather Miller.
