Some things I really like about him and other times I watch him, I’m not entirely sure what he’s good at, if you know what I mean. Seems to be a Jack of all trades, master of nothing if you get me.

Either way, it’s very unlikely, barring some sort of miracle in the final 6 months of the season that we pay £6.5m for him at the end of the loan period. Not quite worked out for him but really can’t see us paying the money we would need to keep him and I do think there are players out there who would be well worth £6m+… we just need to find them.

 

Was 2 occasions last nite.

One when Taylor had ball on half way line and then 1 late on when Mcgregor was running from deep with the ball and his lack of awareness of where the space was to move into to give them a passing option was shocking.

Really struggle to see anything in him.

 

Seems knackered after as soon as he comes on

 

I would say thats pretty fair. A decent player overall but no way we will be looking to make his loan deal a permanent move especially at that price. Just not worth that.

 

Tough area to break into and if you don't show it right away like hatate did then you'll struggle to get game time. Don't think we wil make it permanent.

 

He's so slow. With McGregor and O'Riley the other 2 in that area, we really need someone beside them with a bit of pace. He is not the answer.

Nope, he'd be similar to Broony or Kayal.

 

Not for me,he struggled big time last night.

 

He’s just not turned his younger age potential into a good enough professional to make it here or Benfica.

Hes getting call ups to the under 21’s by the looks of it just cause he plays for Benfica.

I would honestly cancel his loan this January.

 

I’d keep Turnbull before signing this guy. Turnbull guarantees goals and assist in the SPFL.

 

What a player man, always been a fan of Rode. He’s touching on a bit now though I think he was with eintracht Frankfurt last year or two was he? Think his legs are gone now though (not that he was ever really quick) would’ve been fantastic 2/3 years ago

 

Retiring in the summer, apparently. Could’ve been a shout if not. Always liked him.

 

I thought he'd be one of these players who is a bit of a mixed bag but has a moment of magic or the odd worldy.

But he's just very ordinary

 

He’s basically only played CL games. 151 minutes in the league, double that in the CL.

Anyone making a decision off that is being unfair.

No other player has had to try bed into the team in that environment.

 

Not a fan to be honest. Thought we dropped off majorly when he replaced Tomoki. He seems slow and not very good on the ball. Like a more tenacious Turnbull with less quality.
