Actually think he'll more than step up. Giving time and he'll be the next one shipped out for big money.

 

He’s got all the attributes to do it, if he can put in consistent performances then I think no matter who comes in may struggle to displace him. He slots straight in.

 

Looked sharp when he came on last week his passing in particular was very good. If indeed O'Riley is gone I expect he will start Sunday now.

 

Going to be a big player for us .

 

All of a sudden has a lot more responsibility on his shoulders, and imo will absolutely rise to the task.

POTY contender this season and will start to convince his doubters on Sunday.

 

Thought he looked great last week when he came on. Really nice touches and passes.

 

To be fair, I don't think there are any doubters about Bernado, and by the same token Idah anymore.
Any reservations about the pair were erased by their twin combination in the winning goal in the Scottish Cup. And that is why we spent big on the pair of them, they are both central to our hopes and prospects for the future. We just need to build the team around the pair of them now.

 

I have every confidence that he will step up to the task and it will be a seamless transition,
so now, its over to you Paulo. Lets get it nailed.

 

I like him; but it's not fair to see him as stepping into O'Riley's shoes. I just don't think he's that kind of player.

 

Think he’s the replacement for MOR. Imagine we’ll bring in someone in midfield to bolster the numbers too.

Looking forward to seeing a midfield trio of Bernardo, Mcgregor and Hatate tomorrow hopefully. Not a like for like replacement of Matt obviously but defenitely softens to blow of losing him have Bernardo there to step in for now

Randomly coming in here to praise Bernardo (who I also really like btw). What stage of grief does this fall under?

 

Inevitable people are going to make comparisons because he's almost certainly starting in O'Riley's place next game, but I think similar to O'Riley they only thing he's really lacking is pace, good range of passing, can shoot, strong on the ball, puts in a good amount of defensive work, think he's going to be really big for us this season.

 

With O’Riley about to walk out the door, there will be a lot of eyes on the lad come Sunday.

I wasn’t that fussed on signing him, felt he flattered to deceive but I’m ready to be proven wrong. Time to shine, Paulo.
