Few months getting up to speed firstly, obviously. Eased into the team after that at 10min cameo's every five games. Then we'll all be asking 'what's going on with that Patrick Roberts'?. Be lucky to get a few months out of him.

He's 19 year old Fs, clearly being given development games to get him upto speed for the first team. Cant expect him to come and walk into the team within a week.



Sviatchenko is an exception because our defence is cataclysmic and he is genuinely better than all our defenders. There's competition for the right attacking position and Roberts will have to fight for a place like anybody else, £12m player or not.

Aye cause he really looked as though he was carrying an injury as he tore the Motherwell development squad a new one lol

 

Extremely worrying if our manager is writing off 4/5 months of an 18 month loan.

He should be starting for the cup game against Morton at the very least.
