Just seen a tweet from him in 2013 saying he hates Celtic. Would it be a fake??

Considering he put up a picture of himself wearing a Celtic top as a child, then it probably is fake.

Probably a bunch of Huns writing * because they're annoyed that Barton genuinely did say he despised Rangers and loved the RA.

PR: “We have expectations every week we play & whatever team we play. Will go into the game with confidence & hopefully get the win.

PR: "Will be a derby but a game with three points to be won and we will play it like any other game to try and get the win.

PR: "There is going to be a buzz as it’s a big derby in Glasgow and whole of the UK, got try & win the game.

PR: "They beat us the last time and it wasn’t the best performance from ourselves and we have to put that right at Celtic Park.

PR if he has point to prove: "I just want to play my football & I want to win games for Celtic & score goals. Why I came here.

PR on missing chance in Scottish Cup semi-final: "You can't worry about that too much. It doesn't faze me. A bad miss but happens.

PR: "I just tried to do it too perfectly and it didn't come off. Next time it will be buried in the back of the net.

PR: "You have to approach it like any other game.

PR: "It’s a big game up here & throughout the UK but they want to watch it for the atmosphere & we have to play it for three points.

PR: "It would be a good three points as we are only a point ahead of them. We have to be strong and confident and try to win the game.

PR: "I learned from the last one. It was quite intense. I learned from that and thoroughly enjoyed it, can only improve.

PR: "My fitness is good. I played for England midweek against Brazil & I was sharp so I feel very fit.

PATRICK Roberts insists Celtic will approach Saturday’s Glasgow derby just like they do any other type of match. The Hoops will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent start to the league campaign when they host Rangers in Paradise.
There has been huge media hype in the build-up to the fixture but Roberts says he and his colleagues are solely focused on collecting three points and strengthening their advantage at the top of the table.
“We have expectations every week we play and whatever team we are playing, and that is to win the game, so we will go into the match with confidence and hopefully we can get the win,” he said.
“It’s a derby but it’s still a game with three points to be won and we have to play it like any other game and obviously try to win.
“There is going to be a buzz as this is a big derby in Glasgow and it’s a big derby throughout the whole of the UK – even down in England there is talk about it – but we have to do what we can do and try to win the game.
“You have to approach it like any other game. It’s a big game up here and throughout the UK. People want to watch it for the atmosphere but we have to play it for three points and the league.
“It would be a good three points as we're just a point ahead of them. We have to be strong and confident and try to win.”
The winger was sidelined for a few weeks after picking up an injury in the UEFA Champions League qualifier against FC Astana.
But he returned to action as a substitute in the 4-1 win over Aberdeen at the end of August and he was also called up to England Under-20s for their recent friendly with Brazil.
“My fitness is good," he said. "I played for England midweek against Brazil so I was sharp then and I feel very good and fit."

Thats great news. Hopefully ready to start so on Saturday. I would have him and Sinclair either side of Griffiths hoping that Griffiths is fit.

He wouldn't be doing the PC if he wasn't starting imo. Good news.

I must be in the minority then, as I want shooders to start as he is harder to knock off the ball.

It will be a classic encounter with Shooders up against Wallace. One for the football purist.

I don't think anything involving them will be anything for football purists.
