There is nothing bigger than a Celtic V Rangers game, believe me. Nothing.
Funnily enough I don't expect Aberdeen to be our closest rivals this year.
I think it will be Hearts.

I'd start him if he's fit. Forrest shouldn't start because he "deserves" it. The best players should play when avaliable, and Roberts is a better player than Forrest

Too light a midfield. We would get crushed and over run in midfield.

I don't really get the Forrest deserves it cause he's playing well sentiment. He has proven himself to go missing in many 'big' games. Is this a 'big' game? Well that is probably the bigger debate.

If we're going on previous the biggest bottling we seen against Sevco last year was Paddy's chance.

There's no debate here. Of course it's a big game. It's first v second in the league :icon_mrgreen:

Roberts wasn't very good in the last hun game. I'd start Forrest as he's the form player with expectations of bringing on Roberts at about the 60 minute mark.

That's not bottling it at all, that's simply just missing a guilt edged chance (sitter). It happens to the best of them rarely.

Bottling it is the performances of guys like GMS and Boyata that day.

That is bottling. You'd say 10 times out of 10 he'd score that. He bottled it then couldn't kick his * after it. Young guy ho'll learn from it, it's why we have him but there's no point denying that's what it was.

    No he didn't.

In fact he was one of our best starters on that brutal day, you forgetting his assist at the corner?

He was the only man that took them on time and again unlike that * GMS.

I'd say that Roberts was one of the "better" players against them the last time, at least in the first half. Although that's not saying much

    Look at Roberts in Astana

Then look at Forrest in Be'er Sheeva

Night and Day, needed big performances from both, one came up trumps the other got subbed rightfully at halftime.

Who had more experience in Europe? Forrest

Who had a bigger impact in either game? Roberts

All this 'experience' pish that gets banded about is bullshit. Would most be asking for Commons ahead of Rogic if he was fully fit behind the striker for this game? I'm a big fan of Commons but it's Rogic all day long for me experience or not.

Does Roberts need experience to tear Wallace, Tavernier, Kiernan etc a new one? Of course he doesn't. It wasn't long ago he was tearing Barca's defence to shreds at times and they couldn't handle him.

Anyone who wants Forrest (A player who not long ago wanted away) over a fully fit Roberts is off their rockers.

It's quite simple for me. The better player should start, and that is Roberts.

I'm surprised there's even a debate about this. Roberts, all day every day.

I'd choose Roberts too, he's more innovative and unpredictable than Forrest but I wouldn't be too disappointed as Jamesy has been playing quite decent.

It was a bad miss. Mind you, so was Rogic's penalty. And he scored a worldie as well lol

Therefore, 1 miss doesn't always correlate between being a big game player or a bottler.

I say he's going with the same team as the sheep tbh with Roberts making a sub appearance
