We are behind Rangers in terms of titles. However, their tally haulted when they went bust. You cannot simply add titles to that of another club. If this new identity was to win the SPL, it would be their first one, not 55th.

fans of every football club in Scotland apart from Rangers (although I have got one Hun mate who admits openly they are not the same club) regard them as the new club that they are

UEFA recognize them as a different club and list their final game under 'Rangers' as May 2012 against St Johnstone. Check their website.

How dare you label together everyone unfortunate enough to be born in a Country to be from that Country. Who gives you the right to determine . Who gives you the power to tell people what they can , and what they cannot sing . The Celtic clubs roots were to feed the starving and homeless , in the first instance from the Glasgow slums and the west of Scotland . Ireland bought about by the potato blight destruction of the crops of potatoes and also bought about by the English Land Lords exporting boat after boat load of Irish foodstuff as the native Irish starved .

They are a different club, mate. I actually wish they weren't, personally. I think it's sad when a big club representing a real community dies. It's not like all the bile and bigotry died with them, it just got passed on to the new club. I'd rather Rangers had survived and the bile died instead.

What I want doesn't really count, though. They're dead.
