Hopefully he finds regular playing time at any club so he can show what he can really do.

Paddy Mccourt could walk into any top half Premier League team tomorrow if he wanted. In the fullness of time history will record the greatness of Paddy and it will be recorded at Neil Lennon's expense

He could do better than that * league. I bet Guardiola wished now that Bayern didn't waste money on Thiago and Gotze now that Paddy's available.

    People who laugh at McCourt.
What player in the EPL or SPL can do what Paddy can do with the ball at his feet?
You will struggle to even name one better than him....

I'd rather we had got rid of Commons and Forrest. He has more ability than the two of them put together.

Paddy will come back and bite us if he moves to an SPL team. I mean, he never really terrorized defences when he played for us, but I'm sure when he comes up against our far superior defence he will run them ragged...

Right you are :52:. I didn't mind paddy and thought he was a useful member of the squad, but that statement there is absolute lunacy. Unless of course by premier league meant Scottish premier league in which case I'd agree with you

There are plenty of folk who can do amazing things with a football... but (like Paddy) they can't last a match, and they're worse than an empty jersey when the team is on the back foot.

A modern footballer needs so much more than just ball control.

Paddy has been relatively lucky. Most of the guys who share such a limited skill-set don't even make it into the pro game.

Well i think your on about the people that do tricks with the ball.
I am on about dribbling ability, i was thinking of all the good dribblers Mata,Hazard,Kagawa,Wilshire.
None of them can dribble better than Paddy.

If McCourt was English he would be up there with a very good EPL team imo.

He wouldn't of looked out of place in the Lisbon Lions, we shouldn't of got rid of him and when Neil Lennon is on his death bed he will look back on his decision to get rid of him with regret. With him we are a Champions League semi-final quality team. Without him we will struggle domestically and in Europe.

I'd rather have Paddy McCourt than James Forrest.
