four leaf clover, just cant get enough.
IMO he needs a honest chance first. Give him 6 or 7 starts before we give up on him. He still is wanting after that, send him out in January.

haha ive seen some of the posts "superstar" "class player" and the rest he is ok scored a few good goals poaying the likes of falkirk and st mirren but thats about it really, it's not that i don't like him but he is not class or a superstar he is ok remember people this is the same guy who could not get a deal at motherwell a few seasons back

if we get 1m-1.5m i would take that and run for the hills, why not give the youth team a chance instead of getting in people like mccourt.....

The guy is undoubtably the best naturaly gifted footballer at CP, even if he is not playing every game due to his own fitness he is still a great squad player, he can come on and do fantastic things and win games, his wages are small but if he stays fit the benefits of having him are huge. 100% keep him IMO

If I was playing for Celtic and had half the ability McCourt has I would be using a small portion of the large paycheck I was getting and invest in in a personal trainer and diatition and put in the work required to build my fitness up.

It's sink or swim time and if he doesn't getvhis finger out he is going to end up back playing * football within 2 years!

Players at Celtic get that anyway. The game is very scientific now.

Fitness is the one thing that is achievable by anyone regardless of ability and if Super Paddy cant get himself fit enough to play the game professionaly then he is not as great as some people seem to think. Does he want to play the game properly and get the best from his talent or not it is all in his court.

I have to be honest but he looked a bit more fit than the rest of the squad v Seattle. I would really like to see him tonight if possible. I would like it if he played with our strongest players to see how good he is. He can score, can open defences and I think if he gets fit and stays fit could be very useful for us:50:

Because Hinkel cant defend....we need defenders who can defend

Paddy is creative...we need creative midfielders

I would keep McCourt, an absolute joy to watch when he goes on a mazy run. I am sure he will get more chances under Lennon.

Personally I think he will make an excellent impact player from the bench and that is how imo he should be used.

agreed. hes never had good centre backs to play along side. 2 good centre halfs beside him and hinkel would be top class. jury still out on cha but mulgrew is one of the worst left backs in the spl never mind britain. shameful signing players of that quality.
