If we are going to try with a new project and our options are limited. I would maybe suggest Brian MC Clair. Was around the United youth academy for long enough under Ferguson. And I think he is currently Scotland's head of development.

His strategy for improvement couldn't be any clearer. I don't think he could give another interview or seminar or article on the matter.

Are you unaware of what he's trying to do?

But what if we go in to next year, get papped out the qualifiers for a third time straight and in his own word's "have to sell more player's" and so on again. It's not unrealistic to think that would happen either. So what kind of team, assests and finances will we be left with then? For our structure, ethos and attacking style moving forward..

If we don't reach the Champions League next Season Deila will get his jotters.

    It's that simple.

Absolutely and it looks like the players are also unaware of what he is trying to do.
That's the * problem. I'd rather he forgot about seminars and focussed on trying to beat some mediocre Scandinavian teams.

very * good ethos in my eyes.the players would play for lennon.you could argue lennons team was fitter than dielas.im still not buying or haven't seen any evidence of this fitness bullshit from diela or the great attacking football he keeps talking about.lennon left is with a good young side that dielas ruined.lennon anyday of the week over this bullshit.lennon also brought forrest through, which is more than what diela has.tierneys still unproven.

Are Ajax, Fenerbahce and Shaktar fans saying the same?

    * wee Scandinavian sides beating our expensively assembled squads. How dare they.

Lennon's team were not fitter than Deila's. Pure pish.

The irony in your post is only Deila has truelly got the best out of Forrest. Lennon never could.

And then the bigger picture will have been for nothing, because he still can't take care of the now..

But Paul for us it's not just the case of Molde. If it were then all of this would be a knee * reaction. We have been unprepared once to often!:50:

I don't know what those fans are saying but tonight, as many other European games beforehand have been, was s * disgrace.
If that's what Ronny has to show for his "clear strategy to improve" after 18 months then he can take it and * off.

Yip but as Deila said himself there is a breaking point, there is less time at Celtic for the mid to long term than at other Clubs. Two proper go's at Champions League football is more than enough but he deserves it.

We qualified for the knockouts last Season, we did well at the start of this campaign. The negativity is all because of the 2 Molde defeats.

Their fans will hopefully be more informed and realise these teams are no joke.

If you can't see we're trying to attack teams, become more professional and develop talent because you're upset we lose games then so be it.

I'll say it as I see it.

Is PaulM1888 for real or am I witnessing very clever satire?

all ronnys best players where signed by lennon.commons, griffiths, rogic, biton, van dijk, lustig, johansen.to suggest lennon left us with a * side is totally false.

has diela signed one good player?gordon was already a done deal before ronny got hear.its frightening to think of a team of ronny signings allan, gms, armstrong, boyatta etc the teams only going to get worse each window with ronny in charge.

I'm not even joking. Are you taking the hand out of the Ronny lovers or are you for real? I cant tell. Surely you're not serious?

I agree that he should go but as Paul has mentioned those names mentioned dont exactly have me filled with positivity.
