I was just watching the '17 wins in a row' video from the 11/12 season, and it reminded me of how well Hooper, Stokes, and Forrest used to link up.
Some of the goals scored during that season were great to see.

It just depresses me that our new style of play is so fu*king slow in comparison. Side to side along the back four, a forwards pass, and then a backwards pass... YAWN!!

How about getting WGS in as an "advisor" to Ronny?

Don't think Deilas time is up but Oscar Garcia maybe? Like the sound of him before Deila came in would still be open to it.

I haven't a clue. I doubt there's a manager alive that could take this squad to the latter stages of the Champions League. When your central defence is Dedryck Boyata and Efe Ambrose, and Leigh Griffiths is your main striker, you are not in any way, shape or form a Champions League team.

Harsh on Griff. For me he has been our shining light this season.

If ronny stays he should bring in the guys he really wants as a coaching team? He didn't know Collins or Kennedy so we arnt getting the real ronny you'd think.
His attitude is right for us but during the week, although his tactics didn't change the players let him down big time in comparison with the last game where we looked great!I don't think he'd say you lot that just murdered Aberdeen please don't do that again.
He deserves more time hopefully with his own staff.

He can tear the Scottish league to ribbons all he wants. He's not good enough when we step up to the next level.

And having a decent midfield / defence behind you is a huge confidence boost for any striker.

At any level if youre constantly aware of weak links in your own line-up , you try to compensate.

We are carrying so many fxxxing passengers the strain is telling, enormous pressure on the striker/s to score enough to compensate for our defensive woes.

Thank * he does tear the Scottish League to ribbons or we'd be 2nd just now if not 3rd.

There is as much evidence to suggest Griffiths can make the step up as there isn't.

You have a personal issue with the guy, let it go it's not healthy.

An even less experienced manager than Deila.

The whole reason most folk want Deila booted is because they don't believe he can take us into the CL, what makes Henrik the man to do that?

If we are to boot Deila out the door his replacement must have some form of European experience.

Larsson would be near enough a like for like, 'project' appointment.

Dream team Martin O'Neill with Henrik as his apprentice. Bring back the thunder fs? I would have a fullscale hard on!

There is only one criteria which should determine any future managers, and that is how easily can his name be turned into a great chant.

That is why I think our next manager should be top Indian coach, Javinder Tayksitahl.

I would hate it if we replaced Deila with Henrik Larsson. The thought of things going wrong and Larsson getting abuse from some of our fans turns my stomach. It would be like what the mutants went through with Ally McCoist.

The reason I'm not crying for Deila's heed is because I genuinely cannot think of one realistic option that I'd want.

The thought of once again being linked with the Owen Coyle's of this world is depressing. People still wanting Keane because "He'd take nae * man, pure nutjob" is ludicrous as well. Forget that he's a terrible manager and maybe it would be a good appointment, aye.

Precisely. He's our most important player right now and he's been great this season but the very fact he is our most important player only shows how much we've regressed the past few years.

He does give a *, but how does that make what Mark said harsh? If I got a game at centre half, I'd give a *. Doesn't mean I'm good enough.

Even though after the game on Thursday I said I wanted Deila gone and I think I still do, you're spot on.

Who the * would we get to replace him? My dream (in a slightly realistic sense) would be Rodgers or Moyes - but even those two are likely way beyond our reach. Then you're looking at Coyle, Keane, Lambert and Paul Hartley will probably get a mention.

    It really is depressing.
