that post on the rangers site about oneil's wife was way out of line

when have we ever gotten away with saying * like that on here? IN REAL * LIFE?!?!? IN PERSON TO SOMEBODY!?!??!

    * i couldnt live with myself if i had thoughts like that, if i actually * articulated that...

im not even offended, but my jaw hit the ground when i saw it, i was just, amazed..? you couldnt call me impressed but there was sure a felling of awe... like wow, this person must be a total scumbag, no ifs ands or buts about it, just, never seen him but he's most likely a ned * with a sick sense of... reality

anyways, back on topic, i dont think this affects us, lennon is our manager, and i think it would be beneficial to everybody if we were to not focus on if our ex-managers are going to come back to help or if they are going to continue on with their lives

MoN must be slightly gutted that the Liverpool job is now taken. He would've been ideal there...

It's about time he stepped up to a bigger role than mid-table Prem. He'll probably hang around a bit jobless until the right one comes up, in fact the very fact he's unemployed wll just go to undermine Lennon, Hodgson, Mancini and probably others.

I guess it's feasible that as he waits he could become some kind of consultant or Director of Football at Celtic..

Lerner was so obsessed with selling their best assets (Milner/Barry/Young) that he forgot about the single best greatest asset - O'Neill..

By the way I also just read on twitter from BBC's Simon Austin that Villa's wages were £21m a season more than Everton's... :O

I agree with you 100%. MON is a very shrewd man, he done a great job for us when he was here....But I firmly believe even if his wife's condition hadn't taken a turn for the worse he would still have left when he did. I cannot see him coming back up to Scotland.

utterly shocked to hear this, it is likely the milner deal that has caused it though if it is the players that have pushed Martin out they are a bunch of * ungrateful prima donna's, they wont be moaning so much when they're back struggling in the bottom half of the table like old times.

as for Saint Martin? my heart says i'd want him back in a flash, and laments the fact we already have a manager but at the end of the day Lennon is our manager on merit and it is totally wrong to "expect" him to move aside it is his job after all; i also doubt MON would come for a director of football gig he's still got one big job left in England imo; still probably worth a phone call from lawell, desmond and co to sound him out about a possible role but would Lennon want someone he knows so well and respects utterly second guessing him? lennon is his own man after all
