i've watched miller so many times, i don't rate him. he has a awful touch and isnt that quick.

Former Rangers striker Kenny Miller has signed a pre-contract agreement with Celtic.The Wolves forward will return to Celtic Park in the summer after penning a three-year contract with the option of a year's extension.
Miller becomes the first player to cross the Old Firm divide since Mo Johnston caused uproar by joining Rangers for £1.5 million in 1989 after having spent three years with Celtic earlier in his career.
"It is a tremendous honour to have signed for a club of Celtic's stature," Miller told the club's official website.
"I was fortunate enough to have a number of options, however, when Celtic made their interest known, this was where I wanted to play.
"Having spoken to Gordon Strachan and the club, I am delighted to have committed my future to Celtic."
He added that, although he will be quitting Molineux at the end of the season, his heart will still be in Wolves' push for promotion to The Premiership.
"Clearly, me focus for the rest of the season is Wolves and I will be doing all I can to assist the club in its efforts to secure promotion from The Championship."

Well gotta say im not very impressed with the 2 pre-contract agreements (Caldwell and Miller) hardly the calibre of player required to make an impact on the CL...however as with any player in the hoops they get my 100% backing now!

 

Excellent news imo.And they gave us Hartson,Miller and Craig Beattie.

 

One of the worst huns teams in recent memory managed to progress so if we get their luck and group(doubt it there the jammiest team in the world) then we can make the knock out stages.Seen him for the National team recently and have been impressed at times but at times i wonder if he is really good enough.At least he always gives you 100%

I think Miller could turn out to be a great signing.

hes average at best, he does score a lot of jammy goals. Maybe what we need.

Well, I'm particularly underwhelmed by this signing, my only hope is that he's been signed as a squad player and to make up the numbers. I can see Strachan's logic, signing a few players on Bossman's hopefully means he's got more money to spend on bigger more important signings in the summer.
I think Miller has been signed as a replacement for BBJ, who I think will move back south in the summer to be closer to his family.
Would still love to see Robbie Keane and Zurawski or Beattie up front next season, but I can't see us having the finances to sign Keane!
Oh well, once he's here, he'll have my full support!

Good luck to Miller,in my opinion he deserves all the backing that we can give him as well as being a very good football player he has shown that he has a lot of guts by joining Celtic after playing for Rangers,anyone who is against his signing for Celtic just because he once played for Rangers is narrow minded and a biggot and has no place at Celtic Park or this site.

got ti give the guy a chance! Although gotta say watchin him play for Scotland makes me pull ma hair out!! Who knows though eh! So longs he bags a few against the Gers!!

 

Poor signing in my opinion, but hope to be proved wrong. Just spoke to a Wolves fan who didn't know and he was very * off to lose Millar. he thought he gave 100% but thought he was not clinical enough around goal and tended to fall about too much when challenged on the ball.

 

Another bad singning! What can he offer up front that we haven't already got in Maloney, Beattie and Magic? waste of * time. Would rather have a big C.F for cross balls if Hartson is 2 leave, we have pace and skill up front already. I know Stachan wants to play a passing game but u need different options for different games and Miller doesn't give us that!!!

 

Strikers get injured and we had 2 injured for alot of the season so far, Maloney isnt a striker. Hartson will be gone next season, i hope. Miller could prove to be just as good as Maciej. He was the last player I expeted to be signed but I'll be giving him a fair chance
