Think we all want that but think lenny just wants a really quick upfront who are both good on the floor and can play at a high tempo, which really surprises me because when he played he saw how well the big man, wee man combo worked

im only going on what ive saw on utube but the guy seems to have pace and that is somthing we lack upfront. hooper is the quickest striker at the club and he isnt going to run away from anyone. like stokes its his movement that gets him away from defenders. hopefully we can get this guy. get rid of sammy and murphy and bring in another forward like bothroyd or a guy with who will bully other centre halfs. think its important we have different options up front.

I would also like to see a bigger more commanding striker come in. Nothing against this guy as i, like most here, know nothing of him.

Its a link via the sun though.....we are happy to write these links off when it doesnt suit so lets what and see if there is any substance to this link

agreed but on mucky, wet Feb games away to ICT and Motherwell on mud bath pitches we need a big lump of a striker.

a would have been happy to sign john sutton for they type of games, but is there any point in spending millions on a big lump of a player if thats not the way lennon wants to play , it would be a waste of money.

I wiz at a funeral aboot a year ago...I was within ear shot when a wee wummin' aproached the Widow offering her condolences...she went on tae ask how long they'd been split up cos' she was aware that her husband was seeing some other woman...the shock on the widow's face,it was obvious she didnae know!
Anyway,on the way oot the chapel I was behind the wee wummin' when she stopped in her tracks as a bloke said hello to her...."Jimmy...I thought this was your funeral..is your Surname no Mcallister? "naw it's Mcmaster" :56:
I wonder if she ever re-approached the widow and told her aboot her mistake!

I would have thought sammy was the quickest forward.
