Lennon said himself that Ntcham was looking to leave since he became manager. That tells you something.

Edouard and Ntcham have downed tools since Lennon arrived.

    They're no Moussa Dembele.

It was only a matter of time. Same players didn't have an issue when Lenny first came in. This has nothing to do with the manager. Some players believe THEY are bigger than the club and should be playing in a bigger league.

surely the board again should look at the coaches and manager and think to themselves * happened to this boy! To be selling for what he came for is poor business, hopefully unless they are thick as * they would have a sell on clause added, saying that I'm glad he's gone as he's not been happy for ages.

Edouard got 29 goals last season as well. Can't really say he had downed tools. He would have hit 30+ had it not been cut short.

100% spot on. The issue was him and the 3 others should have been moved on before this season started. It wasn't healthy for the team to have these players still around. This is the same in any work team example in an office environment. Having that type of attitude around does the rest of the team NO favours.

The person with the biggest attitude problem this season is Lennon.

Olympique de Marseille and Glasgow Celtic have reached an agreement for the loan of Olivier Ntcham until the end of the 2020-21 season.
Following the signings of Pol Lirola and Arkadiusz Milik, Olympique de Marseille added the arrival of a third player during the 2020-2021 winter transfer window: midfielder Olivier Ntcham from Celtic .

Olivier Ntcham was born on 9 February 1996 in Longjumeau. He attended the academy for Paris FC and Le Havre before signing with Manchester City at the age of 16. As a Cityzen, he plays with the reserves. In 2015, he was loaned to Genoa to make his professional debut. After two seasons in Italy, he signed for Celtic in 2017. With the Scottish side, he's won 6 trophies (3 league titles, two Cups and a League Cup) and made his debut on the European scene by playing in the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League. In 147 matches with Celtic, he has scored 24 goals and registered 13 assists.

A hard-working, technical, with a good scoring ability and with an excellent quality of passes, Olivier Ntcham will be a strong addition in the Olympien midfield.

I always refer back to the incident when lenny told Mikey J tae eff off, if that's the way he's been treating players then i wouldn't blame them for not performing, how can you possibly give your all or respect someone when they are talking to you in that manner ?

    Hindsight eh?

The board backed Lennon to the hilt last summer, not only with signings but by forgoing potential transfer fees on players. That’s what Lennon asked for and he got it. It’s on him that they remained at the club. It’s on him that he then openly admitted players didn’t want to be here yet kept them, and continued to play them.

    It’s on Neil Lennon

That's a hard one to call. If we had have sold Ntcham, Edouard, Frim, Christie, Ajer, etc the fans would not have been happy with 10IAR on the agenda.

He gets very well paid to make these calls

If he’d made the right calls 10IAR mightn’t have been over at the turn of the year and fans wouldn’t be calling for his head

I agree with you both but these player's do have a cycle as the rat rightly pointed out before they come we give them the chance to play and move on in 2/3 year's..

Ntcham wanted off age's ago. The buck does stop with the manager but there's a few that need to go. Just from the outside, I can imagine they weren't great around the dressing room..
