Olivier Ntcham

I've been an advocate for Ntcham even after poor performances, because he has ability that few others in our squad do. But if Saturdays display is indicative of what we can expect going forward then it's not worth it. Maybe he needs to go somewhere where it's acceptable to turn up once a month.

 

Turning up once a month would be an improvement on what he's currently doing. The guy hasn't kicked his * in months.

 

It’s infuriating because you know the guy has ability to go and win that game if he really wanted to. His attitude is * stinking and I hope we cash in as soon as the window opens.

This “balla” culture is sickening, * thinking their rappers cutting aboot the park as if he’s got a glock doon his shorts and a quarter a heroin doon his sock.

 

For a holding midfield player his defensive action success is pretty poor.

 

He’s definitely not a defensive midfielder. People assume he is because of the position he takes up but he has no defensive qualities whatsoever. Can’t track a man to save his life.

Him and Brown can’t cross the halfway line and then can’t get back - he’s been absolutely terrible this season.

 

This fella is baffling. Some days he's absolutely class, then some days he looks like he has never played football before, utterly bizarre player.

 

Reminds me of yaya toure’s attitude. Lazy and uninterested looking at times. But at least yaya had bags of talent to overcompensate. But Ntcham hasn’t near shown enough quality or consistency to warrant a reprieve. Needs to buck up his ideas pronto or he can get to *. Has looked even more disinterested since dembele left. So if his head is elsewhere, get tae buggery and enjoy the reserves or the bench in the meantime.

Will never happen. He's a Rodgers favourite, much like Sinclair he will always see game time, deserved or not. Get used to more of the same. Even during his best spell with us he still had right stinkers in amongst the good games. Problem is those good games have now disappeared, just average to * is left.

 

Have to agree having heart and right attitude can magnify a players ability hence the performances at home in Europe against bigger sides money wise and paper wise. can have all the ability in the world but it wont show on the pitch if you go out onto it with no spine

He’s on his game at absolute class act Beast
Problem is Dembele left and he was his matey mate - he’s still suffering from the break in that bromance

He’s not in the same deadwood dross category as the likes of former stalwarts Lustig and * like Gamboa

Get him a wee sun tan, sign some more players and let’s get him smiling again. I love the big * can’t help it. I think he’s a technically gifted big * of a unit and I would fill an entire team with physically strong Ntchams if I had my way. People writing him off are missing something. He’ll come good again. It’s not like he’s been like absolutely DIRE in every game since Moussa * off. He just needs some Dubai. So do I ...

He used to be a 1/4 player but now he’s not even that.

 

For a midfielder he really can't shoot at all, for all the great positions he will get into in a game- it never looks likely that he will even hit the target. He has scored 3 this season, 1 penalty v livi, a tap in v the huns and a nicely placed pass into the corner from about 13 yards out. Great bit of business to get him signing a new contract so we can get as much as possible for him either this month or next transfer window.

 

He has 6 this season, not 3.
