I would tend to agree at this stage. However based on what we have seen of him, he is quicker than GG, he has good feet and good touch and is well balanced on his feet and can ride a tackle, strong lad. Also quite young as well, so we must avoid comparing him with Giakoumakis at this point.
Once he relaxes on the pitch and gives himself time to think and make space he will get better still.

Delighted for Oh you could see that meant a lot to him. Not in terms of playing style or anything but his start reminds me of Edouard when he was first on loan. He got a few goals including the hat trick against Motherwell at home but didn’t really fully arrive until the winner at Ibrox.

To me with Oh it feels like another big moment like yesterday or a start where he bags a brace or better will come before the season is done and he will be some player next season.

Getting a big goal like that was massive for him.

For a guy of that height as well to have a physique like that, he must be putting in some work.

Heard on the grapevine he’s actually still building up hit fitness/sharpness because it was the close season when he signed. I think after the summer we could see something really special from him.

Some scar he has on his left shoulder down to the side of his bicep, guessing he’s had surgery on it at some point.

What? His games to goals ratio is crazy. You've seen little to suggest he'll make it here? What?

If anything, I've seen very little to suggest he won't make it here.

I know which shot you're talking about but let's not pretend that Kyogo doesn't fluff his lines at times. I remember his first game at Ibrox when he should've passed but took the shot on and then he should've shot but tried to pass.

He's been thrown in at crucial times already and hasn't done much wrong and done a lot of things right. He's brand new, not fit, doesn't know his team's play, doesn't speak the language. Give him time.

He's definitely has the potential to make it here and Ange thinks the same.

He's gonna be a great signing for us. Hos movement in the box for his goal is something we've not had since Larsson.

We'll score far more corners/set pieces with him in the side..

Think I counted about 3 corners he got on the end of in his cameo. One he got his toe on. A hard one that bounced right infront of him and he had to duck for....then his goal..

To be fair most of our corners were a real threat the other day..

Mooy takes corners well, but O'Riley is better at taking indirect free kicks than corners. I wonder if Ange will give Oh enough starts in order to break parked buses faster with set pieces. Maybe pair him with Turnbull in midfield?

Starfelt got the head on a couple of them as well.

Probably the only game this season we actually won the ball from corners at least 5 times.#

Likely down to Turnbull and O'Riley both playing who both take good corners but Turnbull barely ever plays and even recently O'Riley hasn't been either.
