So how do we actually see this guy?

Seen some call hik.a project signing and not the type of signing worthy of replacing GG. Hard to say but o have high hopes

 

Has a much higher ceiling than GG. Giakoumakis only scored around 30 career goals by the time he was 25 people forget that. This boys only 21.

GG was strong and a decent finisher. That's it. That's all he ever was gonny be he's reached his peak. Oh has the potential to be twice the player IMO. Will also make us a lot more money in future. Time to move on

Do you know what...hold up..do you knOH what...I was thinking about this yesterday. I've loads to learn at my new job and I'm perhaps giving 75%..OH and the Japanese lads always give 100% and have an attitude of always wanting to improve and man alive.. it's slowly rubbing off on me. A couple of years ago, I read a good book called All You Can Do is All You Can Do but All You Can Do is Enough and the author asks..have you given 100% to whatever it is you are doing..and my answer is no, no way! Every time I hear these boys speak I'm like..yeah I can do more but I'm lazy lol. So..with that in mind, I have to learn a pain in the * fiddly software called Avid..I'm really slow at it.. so now I've started studying it before work as learning the software faster helps me in my job (free one month training on Linked in Learning!). Before, I would have just stumbled along at work but now I'm like let's give err 80% lol Those pesky Celtic players and their great attitudes to always wanting to improve!

Celtic tried to sign Oh Hyeon-gyu in the summer, according to Suwon Samsung Bluewings manager Lee Byung-keun, who reckons his former star player will be a hero in Glasgow.




The Hoops completed the signing of the 21-year-old South Korean international this week and boss Ange Postecoglou admitted he had tracked Oh for a while.

And his former club in his homeland have revealed the Scottish champions first made their move in the summer, before his WorldCup heartache, where he missed out on their squad for Qatar.


Lee said: "The first offer came from Celtic in the summer.

"Back then I had a meeting with Oh and he told me that playing in Europe was his dream.




He has now fulfilled his dream and I know he will be a success.

"Celtic have many good players there from Japan, but Oh is as good as they are. He goes to Scotland full of confidence in his own ability.


"He wants me to come over too so I can cheer for him once he gets into the team.

"But he's left me with a huge problem. My biggest worry for the forthcoming season is finding someone to replace him and that won't be easy.

"It was difficult for me and the club to grant his wish to be transferred because we know how difficult it will be to find a new player like him.

"But we would never stand in any player's way who wants to go to Europe. And Oh had a very strong desire to go there.

"I wish him all the success in the world, but he won't need it."

 

It looks like he's been our main target for ages then. Good stuff..
