It's not that he's not to get back in but the team played a good game of football without him, so maybe he doens't need to get back in the now?

I would still rather have McGeady than Crosas, though he played well Aiden is the better of the two just now. Though they are different types of players.

Like him or loathe him, even his biggest critics would have had to give the manager credit for the win on Saturday.

He showed real guts to drop Naka and even more to drop a fans favourite in McGeady. Neither player has shown their true form this season and Strachan has sent a message to the whole squad that nobody is safe if they don't perform.

A brave team selection paid off with a good win at a tough venue.

If i was really being honest Scott Brown was MOTM he was superb, along with Maloney and Samaras, Crosas and Naylor had good games too, they were my pick of the bunch

Our 'Ronaldo' not in the literal sense. In the way he was at times getting praised for his skill every game.

It's OK having skill but you need end product like a Ronaldo.

McDonald carried us last season and the return of a fit Nakamura got us out of the hole we were in.

You are trying to say at one point last season McGeady was not our best player on the park for a number of games?

And Naka was not influential in winning us the title. A good goal against the huns though.

McGeady had great games at Aberdeen and Kilmarnock but a lot of the time he just frustrated me with trying to beat players all the time instead of getting an early cross in.

His finishing was dire as well especially on his right foot for some reason.

When Naka was out we couldn't string 2 wins together and lost a lot of points.

We lost most of our points in December, when Boruc was out.

He was easily our best player ( McGeady) for a good spell of the season and was tipped to be player of the year at the start and ended up getting it at the end. He is not the finished article, far from it but if he plays one good game you can be sure everyone will be praising him and falling over themselfs about him....again!
