Some you win an all that
Fair play to Celtic all round, great atmosphere, great goal, great defensive display , thought you give us to much possession and it was only a matter of time before we scored.
Happy enough with the draw. Think Fergie had one eye on Arsenal this weekend
Disappointed with the FTP singing, only sung to get the reaction it got, the same lads will be singing stick your * England up your *, in a few weeks
Hope you make it to the last 16

Nearly held out for the points, but a draw was probably fair.

Proud of the team's performance, considering Berbatov cost more than our starting eleven.

    We can still qualify

Just two points that I noticed while watching the match:

I thought Robson was embarrassingly out of his depth. He is just too slow mentally and physically at CL level IMO.Lost count of the amount of times he lost the ball or gave away fouls. It was the same against Barcelona at CP in February.Great SPL player but way short of the level required IMO.

Cillian Sheridan's positioning for goal kicks was all over the place and it was the same against Hearts. He was constantly about 5 of yards too deep.A few steps back and he would be winning a lot more headers.Good thing is that this is obviously just inexperience from a player who is just 17 in footballing terms according to Strachan but it's an area of his game that needs a lot of work.

    * * that has me sounding like a miserable *.It was an unreal effort from The Bhoys and I was bursting with pride during the match and still am.

I completely agree with the Robson point. Sadly, I rate Hartley's performance in a similar light. Without doubt they both battle hard and show endless heart but we need more composure and better quality distribution coming from midfield.

Out of maybe eight long balls played to him I reckon Cillian won four. I thought he did a great job in this respect because realistically he was our only target man on the pitch so Man Utd should have had him covered. Looks promising and eager.

Definitely improvements to be made but team form is great considering.

Finally: At times Brown seemed to be playing box-2-box when I'd rather he sat higher. Obviously playing Man Utd is going to pin the whole team back, but I just wish he could get the ball played to feet around 40 yards out and then spark final attack on goal....:50:

LOL I left Hartley out because I'm always putting the boot into him but I'd agree tbh:50:

Don't get me wrong I thought Sheridan coped pretty well and he was up against the best CB partnership in world football IMO but it wasn't like he was getting really outmuscled in the air or anything I just think his starting position when long balls were hit to him was a bit off.As I said that come with coaching and experience so it could be worse.

IMO Brown is at his best as a box-to-box midfielder.
