I think the team should be:

    Boruc

    Hinkel Caldwell McManus Naylor

    Brown Ngumo Robson

    McGeady Maloney

    Samaras

But no doubt Mogga will pull another surprise...

I just hope we play 4-4-2, and no fancy tactical gameplans that don't work out.

    My guess for tonight;

    Artur Boruc
Andreas Hinkel - Glenn Loovens - Stephen McManus - Lee Naylor
Aiden McGeady - Scott Brown - Landry N'Guémo - Shaun Maloney
    Scott McDonald - Georgios Samaras

    Tunay Torun - Marcus Berg
Eljero Elia - Piotr Trowhowski - Zé Roberto - David Jarolím
Marcell Jansen - Dennis Aogo - Joris Mathijsen - Guy Demel
    Frank Rost

Really cant see him playing Loovens. Caldwell and McManus did well at last against Motherwell. I dont think he will tinker with the defence again. I will be very suprised if he does.

I hope he plays Loovens. He's our best defender in my opinion.

We musta watched different games :97:

McManus was booked after being pumped by the motherwell attacker and they were both error strewn with theis distribution all game.

Granted, we kept a clean sheet, but Motherwell weren't exactly piling forward.

I hope Loovens is brought back in for Mick.

    Id go:

    Boruc

    Hinkel Heid Loovens Naylor

    Nguemo Robson

    Aiden McCourt Maloney

    McDonald

If were being honest here keeping a clean sheet is doing well considering the amount of * ups we have had.

I agree with you though i would have Loovens in from the start.

Although am not sure McDonald would be much use up front alone.

Loovens had a howler in his last match so IMO mogga has to stick with the defence that kept a clean sheet and limited Motherwell to almost 0 chances

Ye i agree, he has to stop disturbing the defence! I'd even go as far as to say that Loovens made 2 howlers, i blame him for both Rangers goals!

So do I but I still reckon he's our best defender.

Tbh i would rather we were out of the Europa altogether and concentrate on the League instead as we defo do not have a good enough team to match a lot of the teams in the Europa league!

While were in it tho i have to try n be optimistic, and hopefully scrape a 1-0 win. Heres also hoping TM sees sense and drops Brown and Robson starts, same rules apply for McDonald get him off n start with Sammy!

Ye he's probably just about our best defender but then that wouldn't be hard......

    Personally id go for

    Boruc

    Hinkel Heid Loovens Naylor

    Nguemo Robson

    Aiden McCourt Maloney

    Sammy

maybe change to maloney as another striker as a 4-4-2 instead of a 4-2-3-1. although i think this formation suits cos youve got robson and nguemo covering the defence so mccourt wouldnt have to track back as much, cos we all know how much he hates that

i definetly think loovens should come back in, ok he wasnt great against rangers but i think he was only at fault for the second goal it was mcmanus for the first. he was miles out of posititon and loovens was covering for him. i still think loovens is our best defender.
