There's been a few like that, think I've told you the story when I nearly flew for a guy when he was moaning about us beating Dundee United 5-0 a couple seasons ago.

    Was * raging.

Nobodies ever told me to sit down but where i sit if you celebrate a goal against anyone that isnt a european side or oldco you get looked at like you just shat on the penalty spot. I think im gony try a bit of crowd surfing this season but that sounds decent.

The bottom line is fireworks/flares or whatever are banned by UEFA and that's all there is to it regardless of what any individual thinks. Keep using them and it will be the club that suffers, financially as well as in reputation. We have managed without flares and fireworks for over a hundred years so it shouldn't be to hard to ditch them.

The worst supporters are the ones that magically appear at CL games, and tell season holders what they can and can't do in their own seat. "Stop standing" - being the most irritating.

"Moshing´ – mock fighting/jostling – causing crowd disruption and damage to seating (131 damaged at Tuesday’s night’s match)."

We pay hundreds of pounds a year to support our team, not get them into trouble with the governing body mate. The rules are the rules, if you defy them then complain about injustice it's a wee bit daft isn't it

    This.

Not to mention the most important part, it is against UEFA regulations hence the disciplinary action. No need for it unless the perpetrators‎ get some sort of kick out of seeing Celtic disciplined by UEFA. Needs to stop now.

Not happy with the moshing part though :38:

the rules are the rules but sure we sing rebel songs so should we stop singing them too?

probably a whole different argument but blindly following the rules ain't always the way to go. IMO of course. in this particular case i agree, just stop the pyro as there isn't really a lot of point in them and its not worth the hassle in terms of police harassment and Celtic clamping down on it.

I pity the * when I get VIP tickets, at the bar for about an hour before the game doesn't bode well for their eardrums

I agree with this. It's all about being a bit savvy, picking when to fight your corner etc and, in my opinion, I don't think 'pyro' is really worth it.

At a Oldco game a guy behind me tapped my shoulder asked me to sit down just after we scored and the entire stadium was standing up, so if I sat down I wouldn't be able to see the game. :56:

I don't see the point of the bangers at all, but loads of clubs in Turkey and Greece etc have massive pyro's every match and there's never any consequences. I'm sure there's been cases of matches being stopped with these teams due to fireworks and little to no repercussions.
