It's early to say as Milan are still uncertain if our strikers will be fit.
    But here
    Storari
    Oddo Kaladze Maldini Jankulovski
    Gattuso Pirlo Brocchi
    Kaka Seedorf
    Oliveira

Seedorf's was out with a thigh strain..I'd be more worried of Seedorf doesn't play as his back up is labeled as "Le Petit Zidane" unfortunately Carlo can't see that Gourcuff has the ability to become better than Kaka and chooses to pick Seedorf ahead every time.
Kaladze is no certainty too it's between him and Bonera for that position.

I also remember Van Basten scoring four in a 4-0 victory away to a Swedish team, an overhead kick among them. What a performance by one of the very very best.

Werent we talking about Serie A, not the never ending snorefest that is the azzurri? You do have a point about Serie A been boring if it werent for european players..Thers rarely many exceptions, Zambrotta, Zola, Di Canio, Roberto Baggio. But Milan have alot of non-italian players they play quick football, weather you like it or not. And another thing about the Brazillian style Milan have Kaka, Ronaldo, Oliviera, Cafu, Serginho and Dida, that's quite a few..

I hate Spanish football for precisely that reason..Besides Barca, you can't name a team in La Liga with a strong defense..
And anyway even if Italians play boring.. 4 WC trophies counts for something.
And that last comment there..That's just too stupid to answer.

Pace?Depending how extreme the pace, without Nesta we've no chance in *. Jan's no problem Maldini's played against Nikola Zigic, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and you're very own Jan with no problem. The latter's beter than Jan by quite a margin for skill....But Zigic.. well he's just a lanky *..Jan's a mix of both. I'm not gonna say we'll deal with him cuz this is Milan and with Milan, nothings the same twice over.:31: If on the off chance Milan win 3-0 or something at CP..Don't lose hope..Were world famous for meltdowns..PSV, Deportivo, Liverpool.

I'm glad someone else remembers that game! I always thought it was 3 he scored. It was against Gothenburg and it was really foggy. He scored a header, a volley and a bicycle kick from outside the box! Marco Van Basten was the greatest ever centre forward in my opinion. I've tried to find those goals on youtube but couldn't. The Milan side of the early 90s was the second best team ever assembled behind the Madrid side of the late 50s early 60s. I'd say the Liverpool side of the 70s came third.

Ahem Deportivo No? Buckling under the pressure, i wouldn't say that i'd say age got the best of most. That + a wrongly dissalowed goal and a Pirlo pen when Dudek was 7 yards off his line..You can call it excuses..i'll call it facts.

I forgot that Milan have never played in huge stadiums. Think Inter Milan's 86,000 seater. We won there against a rather passionate set of supporters so passionate they threw flares down. They won't get stagefright.

Fill CP with Rangers fans, Mick and co wouldn't be intimated the same way in which they would in a passionate foreign country.

Alrite then what about the Nou camp that holds 98,000 still no signs of stage fright.. Milan only have a few players who may bottle it on the big stage. I don't know if Celtic do or not.Nakamura's sure one though
