    Switched it off at half-time as my feed was acting up continuously. Game looked pretty tight, both sides focusing on their defensive games.

    So, I'm amazed to see that score-line. Occasion got to the boys, I guess.

    when Wales beat England in the Daily Mirror they dedicated the two pages of rugby to how well Owen Farrell played...

    No just the disaster that was the Irish scrum. The game was pretty tight and evenly balanced otherwise. But the Irish scrum was a disaster that just got worse as the game moved along and the English punished us by continually scoring points directly as a result of or from scrum time.

    I would tend to agree. Declan Kidney has had some great moments but it probably is time to move on now. There is talent there no question but we are not performing at the levels we are capable of on a consistent basis and that has been the case now since winning the Grand Slam in 2009.
