You could make that argument given we still have England to play but I was quite happy to see Wales go to London and beat them. In any case if we are to do anything ourselves it is up to our own team to go out and do something special in Paris next weekend.

bowe's second was a fluky as * finish. simple pass to kearney and iteland were over, instead he scuffs a kick and the ball bounced as if he had it on a piece of string.

Ireland definitely deserve the lead, shame the 6 Nations doesn't use bonus point system anymore, I'd fancy Ireland to get another 2 tries

Big one this weekend lads. Ireland without POC and Murray, De Luca returns to the Scotland lineup. It's a must win for Scotland if we're going to avoid the wooden spoon as I don't fancy our chances in Italy.

Far better chance of beating Italy than beating an Ireland team who, if we beat France instead of drawing and if matches ended at 80:00 on the dot would be on for the grand slam :icon_mrgreen: Ireland were excellent against France in Paris and I highly doubt Scotland will win the game in Dublin.

I don't think Ireland will demolish Scotland. Paul O'Connell is a huge loss and Scotland are well rested. But I think Ireland will win by a try or so.

Hard to see past an Ireland win but Scotland could cause an upset if they manage to cut out all the silly mistakes they have been making.

Should be a good game and looking forward to watching it.

SOB out as well now. Big loss but it does mean you have an actual openside playing 7. Scotland seem to have the advantage in the pack and at the breakdown. Both centre pairings are as bad as each other. If Scotland can get the penalties at the breakdown then we have a chance. We were written off in 2010 and look what happened.
