    Someone who isn't getting a regular game.

    If it has to be someone who has been playing regularly, then Frimpong for me. At the moment, there are no regulars you can point at and say they are blameless. At least Frimpong has the excuse of his age. Or maybe Laxalt.

    The fact I had to go back 3 pages to find this thread says enough.

    Not the player we know he can be, and looks like he just cannot be bothered.

    Never a lone striker. Does not put in the work required. As I said earlier, he very rarely runs wider than the width of the 18 yard box.

    This means the midfield hold onto the ball longer, as nobody ahead of them are making any runs. You see a massive difference when Klimala or Ajeti come on. There's more of an urgency to get the ball forward.

    Offered nothing up top.

    The fact he constantly drops deep while the focal point of our attack (when playing 1 up) allows the opposition to push up and get closer to the midfield.

    Once Paddy came on he started running at their backline and forcing them back, creating acres of space around the box for our midfield.

    That off-the-ball work cant be understated.

    Honestly, be lucky to get our money back on him.

    6 months, 18 months ago we was eying up £25-30million, but with his contract running down to just 18months to go, clubs will know we will not be able to demand those numbers any more. With his absolute * poor showings this season as well, heightened by how poor the sides also been, I honestly would be surprised if we got £15million for him at this stage.
